The entrepreneur and creator of some of Ibiza’s most iconic clubs, Yann Pissenem, has celebrated a new achievement, this time away from the booths and stages. The founder, owner and CEO of Ushuaïa Entertainment, the group that encompasses Ushuaïa and Hï Ibiza, participated in the Jiu-Jitsu World Championship in Abu Dhabi, where he won a medal after a year of intense preparation.
In a message posted on his social networks, Pissenem expressed his deep gratitude to all those who accompanied him in the process: “I am overwhelmed with happiness after living such an unforgettable experience and bringing this medal home. Every hour of training, every moment of sacrifice, every drop of sweat? It all led to this moment. And it was absolutely worth it,” he described.
The businessman dedicated special words to his coach and friend Felipe Germano (@alliance_ibiza), whom he thanked for “planting this dream” and accompanying him with passion and patience. He also acknowledged the support of Luis Iván, the Gym Lab team , Dr. Antonio Hernández, nutritionist Alberto Keval, and the Belevels brand, who contributed to his physical and mental preparation for the competition.

Finally, Pissenem dedicated the achievement to his family, thanking especially his wife and daughters for their unconditional support during the year of sacrifice and discipline that culminated in this triumph. “You were my strength when I was exhausted, my calm when things got tough and my motivation every day. Thank you for being by my side during a year of endless effort,” he concluded.
With this new achievement, Yann Pissenem demonstrates that his philosophy of self-improvement and excellence transcends the world of entertainment, bringing it also to the sporting arena with the same passion that characterizes him.
