The Iberia Space in São Paulo hosted yesterday Thursday the official presentation of Estrellas por el Mundo, the new solidarity project promoted by the Ibizan chef Óscar Molina and Núria Moreno, founders of Estrellas contra el Cáncer. The initiative, which aims to expand internationally, combines high-level gastronomy with a social purpose focused on supporting the most vulnerable children.
The meeting began with a speech by Rafael Deluccas Delgado, Iberia’s representative in Brazil and host of the event, who welcomed Molina and Moreno, as well as local authorities, media and leading figures from the Brazilian business sector. His speech opened an evening marked by the cultural connection between Spain and Brazil and by the global projection of the project.
A solidarity event with destination Bahia
During her speech, Núria Moreno presented the details of the first edition of Stars for the World, to be held on February 26 in Arraial d’Ajuda (Bahia). The main objective will be to raise funds for the Fihos de Céu Association, an organization that works to improve the lives of children in vulnerable situations in the municipality.
Moreno emphasized that this new format is born with an international vocation and with the intention of generating real impact through gastronomy, reinforcing the social link that already characterizes its previous solidarity projects.
A dream team of Michelin-starred chefs
The most awaited moment of the presentation came with the announcement of the line-up of chefs who will accompany Óscar Molina in this unique experience. All of them recognized with a Michelin Star, they make up a high level team:

A closing with Mediterranean essence
To end the day, Espacio Iberia offered a Spanish wine to all attendees, a nod to the Mediterranean character of the project and the cultural ties that unite the two countries. The relaxed atmosphere allowed the guests to exchange impressions and deepen their understanding of the social dimension of Stars around the World.
