November kicks off one of the most endearing traditions of winter in Ibiza: La Taberna Cebo’s Solidarity Nights, a monthly event where gastronomy, community and solidarity come together to generate a real impact on the island. The initiative, already consolidated as a local classic, combines home cooking, close atmosphere and a clear objective: to support local charities.
Each month, around 40 attendees participate in an evening that stands out for its relaxed nature and family atmosphere. The format includes homemade tapas, a glass of wine and a lively question-and-answer dynamic that arouses laughter and a competitive spirit that is as friendly as it is participatory.
The philosophy of the Solidarity Nights is as simple as it is effective: enjoy a good dinner while making a direct solidarity contribution. The proceeds generated by the menu and the traditional raffle go entirely to local charities, turning each meeting into a collective gesture that helps those who need it most.
Held throughout the winter, usually on the third Tuesday of each month, these evenings have become a highly anticipated event both for their gastronomic and social offerings as well as for their community service vocation. A different experience, with heart and flavor, that attracts both regulars and those looking for an evening with purpose.
La Taberna Cebo, belonging to the IMI group -responsible for projects such as O Beach or Bam Bu Ku-reaffirms its commitment to the Ibizan community. The initiative proves once again that, when people come together, proposals capable of making a difference arise: good energy, good food and a worthwhile cause.
