Ibiza and Formentera live these days the arrival of the Three Kings of the Orient, with parades and events organized in all municipalities.
Although the weather forecast has forced to make adjustments in some programs, the municipalities have worked to ensure that the tradition is maintained and that the illusion reaches every corner of the Pitiusas.
Ibiza brings forward the parade and maintains the reception
In the city of Eivissa, the Three Kings Parade was held on Sunday, January 4, after being brought forward due to the forecast of rain. Their Majesties arrived at the port at 18.00 hours, made the adoration of the Baby Jesus and toured several streets of the city to Vara de Rey in a parade with about 600 participants, themed floats and distribution of 3,000 kilos of candy.
The program continues this Monday, January 5, starting at 6:00 p.m., with a special reception in the Vara de Rey tent, where the Three Wise Men greet the children and collect the last letters.
Santa Eulària concentrates all the parades on Three Kings’ Day
The activity now moves to Santa Eulària des Riu, where the City Council has chosen to hold all the parades on Tuesday, January 6, maintaining routes and schedules.
Throughout the day, Their Majesties will visit Puig d’en Valls, Jesús, Sant Carles, Santa Eulària and Santa Gertrudis, with music, entertainment and distribution of gifts.
Sant Antoni lives a parade inspired by the Star of the Orient
Sant Antoni de Portmany also celebrates the arrival of the Three Wise Men with a parade inspired by the Star of the East, which will tour the town center on Monday, January 5 from 6.30 pm, from Doctor Fleming Avenue to Passeig de ses Fonts, with distribution of gifts and candy.
The visit is completed with stops in Buscastell, Santa Agnès, Sant Mateu and Sant Rafel, and will continue on Tuesday, January 6 with the arrival of the procession to Can Bonet.
Sant Josep divides the royal visit in two days
In Sant Josep de sa Talaia, the Three Wise Men tour the municipality in two days. On Monday, January 5, Their Majesties will visit the towns of Cala de Bou, Sant Josep, Sant Agustí and Sant Jordi, while the program is completed on Tuesday, January 6 with their arrival in Es Cubells.
The City Council is constantly monitoring the weather evolution for possible changes.

Sant Joan starts the magical night in Sant Miquel
In the north of the island, Sant Joan de Labritja welcomes the Three Wise Men on Monday, January 5 at 6.30 pm in the square of Sant Miquel de Balansat, with a parade through the streets of the village and distribution of gifts.
The celebration continues on Tuesday, January 6, when Their Majesties will arrive simultaneously to the nuclei of Sant Joan and Sant Llorenç from 18.00 hours, with events designed for the enjoyment of families.
Formentera adapts the program and maintains the visit of the King and Queen of Formentera
Finally, in Formentera, the arrival of the Three Wise Men is maintained despite the unstable weather, with a program adapted to ensure safety. Their Majesties visit the island on Monday, January 5, without maritime arrival and with events in closed or protected areas in El Pilar de la Mola, Sant Ferran and Sant Francesc.
The celebration culminates on Tuesday, January 6, Epiphany, with the traditional masses and the distribution of gifts in Sant Francesc after the religious celebration.
