The Department of Culture of the City Council of Sant Antoni de Portmany presents this holiday season ‘Vincles’, the interactive proposal of the company Almavisible, directed by Celia Ruiz. The activity, designed for a family audience and recommended from 6 years old, is installed again in the Far de ses Coves Blanques as one of the most attractive cultural plans of the Christmas program of the municipality.
The show will be performed on December 20, 21, 27, 28, 29 and 30, as well as on January 2, 3 and 4, with three daily performances: 17.00, 18.15 and 19.15 hours. Each session lasts about 50 minutes and maintains its intimate and immersive format, highly valued by families.
The Councilor for Culture, Eva Prats, stresses that it is “a magical and artistic tour that fascinates both children and adults. It connects with families, arouses curiosity and brings culture in such a special environment as the Far de ses Coves Blanques”.
An interactive journey through human bonds
The experience invites to go through the evolution of human relationships from prehistory to the present, with a look into the future. The story unfolds in the lighthouse house, home of Guillem’s family, a character who welcomes the public and leads them through the book ‘Les Històries Vinculants’, the starting point of an interactive labyrinth where each room proposes a sensory reflection on the ties that have marked humanity.
Light, art objects and small scenes combine to transform the interior of the lighthouse into a narrative scenario that envelops the visitor and makes him or her an active part of the story.
