UGT denounces that <strong data-start=\"2356\" data-end=\"2438\">an evaluation of the service&#8217;s performance has been pending since September<\/strong> and demands that it be carried out immediately<em> &#8220;with clear criteria and staff participation&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2533\" data-end=\"2803\">In addition, the union demands <strong data-start=\"2562\" data-end=\"2595\">the correction of schedules<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2597\" data-end=\"2655\">the guarantee of sufficient personnel on all shifts<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2657\" data-end=\"2710\">the urgent application of the safety measures<\/strong> indicated by the Inspectorate and <strong data-start=\"2741\" data-end=\"2802\">the purging of political and personal responsibilities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2810\" data-end=\"2857\"><strong data-start=\"2814\" data-end=\"2857\">An incident that aggravates the concern<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2859\" data-end=\"3271\">The situation has become particularly relevant following the <strong data-start=\"2911\" data-end=\"2934\">escape of a user<\/strong> who left the residence unsupervised. UGT describes this as <em data-start=\"3010\" data-end=\"3034\">&#8220;absolute negligence&#8221;<\/em> and demands <strong data-start=\"3043\" data-end=\"3071\">immediate consequences<\/strong>.
