Therefore, it considers that &#8220;any statement about results or deficiencies is <strong data-start=\"1345\" data-end=\"1381\">premature and unfounded<\/strong>&#8220;. <\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1387\" data-end=\"1431\"><strong data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1431\">The fire extinguishers complied with regulations<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1433\" data-end=\"1839\">In relation to the alleged safety deficiencies, the Consell emphasizes that <strong data-start=\"1513\" data-end=\"1591\">the fire extinguishers in the residence were within the legal review period<\/strong>. The official documentation accredits that their maintenance was <strong data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"1694\">valid until November 1, 2025<\/strong>, and that <strong data-start=\"1702\" data-end=\"1765\">before that date the new revision had already been completed<\/strong>. Therefore, there was no <strong data-start=\"1789\" data-end=\"1838\">situation of risk or non-compliance<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"609\" data-end=\"1070\">\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/tras-la-fuga-de-una-residente-formentera-colocara-pulseras-telematicas-a-los-mayores\/?swcfpc=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">After the escape of a resident, Formentera will place telematic bracelets to seniors<\/a><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"1841\" data-end=\"1897\"><strong data-start=\"1845\" data-end=\"1897\">The Consell denounces manipulation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1899\" data-end=\"2243\">From the insular institution they qualify as &#8220;<strong data-start=\"1942\" data-end=\"1968\">flagrant manipulation<\/strong>&#8221; the fact that &#8220;a technical diligence and a request for documentation have been presented as a <strong data-start=\"2074\" data-end=\"2135\">definitive report with accusations of serious deficiencies<\/strong>&#8221; by UGT. The Consell considers that these statements <strong data-start=\"2182\" data-end=\"2240\">&#8220;generate unjustified alarm among citizens&#8221;.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2245\" data-end=\"2443\">It also reiterates that it <strong data-start=\"2267\" data-end=\"2319\">collaborates fully with the Labor Inspectorate<\/strong>, and that, if in the future aspects to be improved are identified, &#8220;<strong data-start=\"2379\" data-end=\"2441\">they will be corrected immediately and with the utmost rigor<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3965\"
