As part of the <strong data-start=\"453\" data-end=\"482\">World Travel Market (WTM)<\/strong>, one of the most important tourism fairs in the world, the island presented the project <strong data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"609\">&#8220;De Formentera con mucho gusto&#8221;, an<\/strong> initiative of the <strong data-start=\"630\" data-end=\"649\">Consell Insular<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"674\">PYME Formentera<\/strong> that seeks to connect the countryside, business and tourism through the local product. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/fewer-people-full-hotels-ibiza-defends-with-data-that-its-strategy-against-intrusiveness-is-already-showing-results\/?swcfpc=1\">Fewer people, full hotels: Ibiza defends with data that its strategy against intrusiveness is already showing results<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"758\" data-end=\"1088\">The program aims to reinforce a tourism model that is more respectful of the territory, identity and local cuisine. Its symbol is a <strong data-start=\"899\" data-end=\"919\">distinctive seal<\/strong> that recognizes restaurants that are committed to local ingredients, and that visitors can identify both on the menus and in the establishments themselves. <\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1090\" data-end=\"1134\">Experiences that go from the field to the table<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1418\">&#8220;De Formentera con mucho gusto&#8221; also includes <strong data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1227\">guided tours of local farms<\/strong>, such as the <strong data-start=\"1246\" data-end=\"1259\">Terramoll<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1262\" data-end=\"1284\">Es Cap de Barbaria<\/strong> wineries, or the island&#8217;s olive tree plantation.
