The increase of young people on public roads, along with several incidents in recent weeks, has led the council to <strong data-start=\"805\" data-end=\"857\">strengthen controls and the presence of agents<\/strong> in the busiest areas. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"439\" data-end=\"889\">\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/robos-con-gas-de-dormir-en-ibiza-ve-con-seguridad-privada-o-quedaras-sin-nada\/\">Sleeping gas thefts in Ibiza: &#8220;Go with private security or you will be left with nothing&#8221;.<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"896\" data-end=\"953\">Coordination between police, businesses and families<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"954\" data-end=\"1337\">The <strong data-start=\"957\" data-end=\"994\">Department of Public Safety<\/strong>, headed by <strong data-start=\"1011\" data-end=\"1025\">Neus Mateu<\/strong>, held a meeting this week with the <strong data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1111\">head of the Local Police, Alejandro Ponce<\/strong>, and representatives of entertainment venues and supermarkets in the municipality. The objective was to <strong data-start=\"1196\" data-end=\"1251\">unify criteria and prevent risk situations<\/strong>, especially those related to minors during the busiest nights. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1552\">According to the area, the aim is to <strong data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1422\">involve families, establishments and young people<\/strong> in a <strong data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1486\">shared prevention and awareness-raising<\/strong> strategy to reinforce coexistence and reduce uncivic behavior.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1559\" data-end=\"1608\">Police reinforcement and control of the botell\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1609\" data-end=\"1976\">The <strong data-start=\"1612\" data-end=\"1646\">new security device<\/strong> will be operational <strong data-start=\"1664\" data-end=\"1723\">on weekends, holidays and mass events<\/strong>, and will have a group of agents coordinated by the <strong data-start=\"1778\" data-end=\"1799\">Minors Unit<\/strong>. The plan will focus on the <strong data-start=\"1826\" data-end=\"1904\">prevention of botell\u00f3n, noise, vandalism and neighborhood conflicts<\/strong>, especially in areas where youth activity is concentrated. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1978\" data-end=\"2152\">The City Council points out that the operation will be <strong data-start=\"2030\" data-end=\"2076\">&#8220;flexible and adapted to each weekend&#8221;,<\/strong> maintaining a <strong data-start=\"2101\" data-end=\"2131\">preventive<\/strong> approach <strong data-start=\"2101\" data-end=\"2131\">and proximity<\/strong> to citizens.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2159\" data-end=\"2193\">Halloween, first alert<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2194\" data-end=\"2678\">The reinforcement comes after the <strong data-start=\"2220\" data-end=\"2257\">special Halloween device<\/strong>, during which the Local Police attended <strong data-start=\"2300\" data-end=\"2316\">55 services<\/strong>, most of them <strong data-start=\"2341\" data-end=\"2370\">preventive or mediation<\/strong>. Among the most notable incidents were <g id=\"gid_3\">five cases of botell\u00f3n<\/g>, <g id=\"gid_4\">five cases of noise<\/g> and several <g id=\"gid_5\">minor altercations<\/g>. In addition, <strong data-start=\"2510\" data-end=\"2557\">six adults and four minors<\/strong> were <strong data-start=\"2510\" data-end=\"2557\">identified<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2562\" data-end=\"2586\">two reports<\/strong> were <strong data-start=\"2562\" data-end=\"2586\">issued<\/strong> for possession of a <strong data-start=\"2606\" data-end=\"2628\">firecracker and a vaper<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"2635\" data-end=\"2675\">four bottles of alcohol<\/strong> were <strong data-start=\"2635\" data-end=\"2675\">removed<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2685\" data-end=\"2734\">Sant Antoni wants a quiet winter<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2735\" data-end=\"2951\">Although most of the young people showed <strong data-start=\"2778\" data-end=\"2808\">responsible behavior<\/strong>, the local police insist on maintaining vigilance during the low season, when some <strong data-start=\"2920\" data-end=\"2948\">coexistence problems<\/strong> persist.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2955\" data-end=\"3103\">&#8220;The goal is to ensure that Sant Antoni remains a safe and peaceful municipality for everyone,&#8221; emphasize from
