The Spanish National Team has already defined the list of players who will play the two key matches in the final stretch of the qualifying phase for the 2026 World Cup.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Coach Luis de la Fuente<\/strong> presented this Friday the call-up list for the matches against Georgia<\/strong>, on November 15 in Tbilisi (18:00)<\/strong>, and Turkey<\/strong>, on November 18 at the La Cartuja stadium in Seville (20:45).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Spain comes into this double-header as the leader of Group E<\/strong>, with a full house of victories and a great opportunity to seal their ticket to the championship. A win against Georgia would be enough to mathematically certify their qualification. <\/p>\n

Spain seeks direct passage to the World Cup as group leader<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The national team faces these matches in a moment of great confidence. In the four previous matches, La Roja<\/strong> has shown a solid performance both in attack and defense: it has not conceded any goals and has been remarkably effective in front of goal. <\/p>\n

The national team is not only seeking to secure its qualification but also to consolidate the style of play that has characterized its new phase, marked by youth and a balance between experience and new talent.<\/p>\n

The coach from La Rioja is once again faced with the obstacle of injuries, which once again conditioned the call-up list. Rodri Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> and Pedri<\/strong> are the most notable absentees, while Lamine Yamal<\/strong>, who has been bothered by pubalgia, has finally been included in the list.<\/p>\n

Among the new additions is Pablo Fornals<\/strong>, from Real Betis, who returns to the national team thanks to his great performance in the green and white team. In defense, the absence of Carvajal<\/strong> keeps Pedro Porro<\/strong> as a starter, while Marcos Llorente<\/strong> returns to the squad: also noteworthy are the returns of Laporte<\/strong> and Dean Huijsen<\/strong>, already recovered from their respective injuries. <\/p>\n
