The autonomous department reminds that the <strong data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"2016\">changes of scenario are not automatic<\/strong>: to go from alert to pre-alert, the indicators must remain two consecutive months within the upper range. <strong data-start=\"2137\" data-end=\"2149\">Mallorca<\/strong> decreases slightly from 45% to 44%, and <strong data-start=\"2188\" data-end=\"2199\">Menorca<\/strong> improves from 41% to 43%.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2229\" data-end=\"2273\">Encouraging developments for November<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2274\" data-end=\"2581\">The Government&#8217;s technicians foresee a <strong data-start=\"2308\" data-end=\"2359\">new increase in reserves during November<\/strong>, if the autumn rains maintain their usual behavior.
