For about an hour, he observed how the patient <strong data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"937\">&#8220;kept screaming and asking for help&#8221; and<\/strong> even tried to <strong data-start=\"967\" data-end=\"1003\">pull out his intravenous lines<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1010\" data-end=\"1246\">&#8220;I even called, because he was trying to rip out his tracks and I stopped a nurse to warn her that he was trying to rip out his tracks and that he was calling for help, and no one went. <strong>Within an hour or so, no one came<\/strong>,&#8221; the woman said.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1248\" data-end=\"1520\">The witness explained that at one point <strong data-start=\"1295\" data-end=\"1325\">he came up for air<\/strong> and, shortly afterwards, the man left the box through another door. It was then that <strong data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1488\">he fell from a height of about five meters outside the building<\/strong>, in the parking area. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1524\" data-end=\"1623\">&#8220;He tore off the tracks, went out on his own and that&#8217;s when he fell, but he was admitted,&#8221; he has stated.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"1947\">He also explained that <strong data-start=\"1650\" data-end=\"1692\">the deceased was known in the neighborhood<\/strong> and had a history of substance abuse. &#8220;It is true that he is a drug addict in the neighborhood, I knew him,&#8221; he said. He also said that, before falling, he <strong data-start=\"1855\" data-end=\"1891\">passed by a member of the SAMU: <\/strong>&#8220;He looked at him out of the corner of his eye as if to say &#8216;here he is again'&#8221;.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1625\" data-end=\"1947\">According to what has transpired, the victim was a recurrent patient at Can Misses. It is being investigated whether it was an accidental fall or whether he took his own life. <\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2013\" data-end=\"2046\">The facts<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2048\" data-end=\"2349\">As reported by <strong data-start=\"2067\" data-end=\"2086\">La Voz de Ibiza<\/strong>, the incident occurred <strong data-start=\"2119\" data-end=\"2183\">at around 6:15 a.m.<\/strong>, when <strong data-start=\"2192\" data-end=\"2215\">a 46-year-old man<\/strong> fell backwards from a height of approximately five meters in the area outside the Emergency Department of the Hospital Can Misses.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2351\" data-end=\"2603\">The <strong data-start=\"2354\" data-end=\"2393\">Health Area of Ibiza and Formentera<\/strong> confirmed that the man suffered a <strong data-start=\"2427\" data-end=\"2465\">severe cranioencephalic traumatism<\/strong>.
