The event, already consolidated in the cultural calendar of the Pitiusas, has become a <strong data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"765\">benchmark within the organ concerts in the Balearic Islands<\/strong>, thanks to its careful programming and the quality of its performers. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/what-to-do\/theater-workshops-and-puppets-this-will-be-the-return-of-a-la-tardor-sant-jordi-in-sant-josep\/?swcfpc=1\">Theater, workshops and puppets: this will be the return of &#8220;A la tardor, Sant Jordi&#8221; in Sant Josep.<\/a><\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"893\">Tradition and modernity at the inaugural concert<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"1154\">The series will begin <strong data-start=\"918\" data-end=\"970\">this Sunday, November 16, at 12:00 noon<\/strong>, with a recital by the renowned organist <strong data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1036\">Jes\u00fas Ciero Polvillo<\/strong>, titular organist of the <strong data-start=\"1052\" data-end=\"1088\">Chapel of Montserrat in Seville<\/strong> and professor at the <strong data-start=\"1104\" data-end=\"1151\">Higher Conservatory of Music of Seville<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1156\" data-end=\"1604\">Under the title <em data-start=\"1171\" data-end=\"1235\">&#8220;Tradition and modernity in contemporary music from Seville&#8221;,<\/em> the concert will pay tribute to <strong data-start=\"1272\" data-end=\"1348\">contemporary music written for pipe organ in the Andalusian capital<\/strong>, with a colorful repertoire and <strong data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1404\">daring harmonies<\/strong>, unusual in this type of recitals. For the occasion, Ciero Polvillo will be accompanied by the <strong data-start=\"1504\" data-end=\"1517\">Petit Cor<\/strong>, a chamber choir from Eivissa, which will add a choral dimension to the musical proposal. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1658\" data-end=\"2033\">The second performance of the series will take place on <strong data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1731\">Saturday, November 29,<\/strong> and will be given by organist <strong data-start=\"1764\" data-end=\"1785\">Nofre Morey Munar<\/strong>, professor at the Conservatory of Palma. On this occasion, the public will be able to enjoy a <strong data-start=\"1874\" data-end=\"1903\">classical German repertoire<\/strong>, with pieces that will show the strength and technical precision of one of the most influential traditions in the history of the organ. <\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1658\" data-end=\"2033\">An instrument with a soul of its own<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2073\" data-end=\"2468\">The <strong data-start=\"2076\" data-end=\"2114\">organ of the church of Sant Josep<\/strong>, the centerpiece of the cycle, was built in the workshops of <strong data-start=\"2175\" data-end=\"2197\">Pere Reyn\u00e9s Florit<\/strong> in <strong data-start=\"2201\" data-end=\"2224\">Campanet (Mallorca)<\/strong>. It stands out for its <strong data-start=\"2241\" data-end=\"2282\">baroque style with Catalan tradition<\/strong>, has <strong data-start=\"2295\" data-end=\"2352\">20 sound registers and 1,500 wooden and tin pipes<\/strong>, which gives it a richness of timbre that allows to approach from ancient repertoires to contemporary works. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2519\" data-end=\"2750\">The <strong data-start=\"2522\" data-end=\"2584\">XVIII Cycle of Autumn Organ Concerts of Sant Josep<\/strong> is <strong data-start=\"2590\" data-end=\"2629\">organized by the Choir of Sant Josep<\/strong> and is <strong data-start=\"2646\" data-end=\"2704\">sponsored by the City Council of Sant Josep de sa Talaia<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"2710\" data-end=\"2747\">Association of Neighbors of Sa Raval<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2752\" data-end=\"3018\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">With this new edition, the municipality reaffirms its commitment to the <strong
