As a result of the impact, he <strong data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"639\">suffered a serious craniocerebral traumatism<\/strong> and was <strong data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"697\">immediately attended to by medical personnel<\/strong>, although <strong data-start=\"706\" data-end=\"763\">he died shortly after despite the efforts made<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1431\" data-end=\"1463\">Testimony of a witness<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1465\" data-end=\"1831\">A <strong data-start=\"1469\" data-end=\"1499\">direct witness to the event<\/strong> has recounted the minutes prior to the tragedy. According to her testimony, the man <strong data-start=\"1601\" data-end=\"1687\">was admitted on a stretcher in the emergency room next to his daughter&#8217;s and<\/strong>, for about an hour, <strong data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1764\">&#8220;he kept shouting and asking for help&#8221;,<\/strong> even trying to <strong data-start=\"1794\" data-end=\"1830\">pull out his intravenous lines.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1835\" data-end=\"2071\">&#8220;I even called, because he was trying to rip out his tracks and I stopped a nurse to warn her that he was trying to rip out his tracks and that he was calling for help, and no one went. That&#8217;s when the fall occurred. &#8220;He ripped out his tracks, went outside by himself and that&#8217;s when he fell, but he was admitted,&#8221; she said.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2348\" data-end=\"2669\">According to his account, the deceased <strong data-start=\"2378\" data-end=\"2407\">was known in the neighborhood<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2410\" data-end=\"2458\">had a history of substance abuse<\/strong>. &#8220;It is true that he is a drug addict from the neighborhood, I knew him,&#8221; he added, also pointing out that <strong data-start=\"2549\" data-end=\"2607\">before rushing past a member of the SAMU<\/strong>, who &#8220;looked at him out of the corner of his eye as if to say &#8216;here he is again&#8217;.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2700\" data-end=\"3029\">Hospital sources confirmed that the man <strong data-start=\"2748\" data-end=\"2804\">was a recurrent patient of the emergency department<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2807\" data-end=\"2834\">had no fixed address<\/strong>.
