With this action, the Consistory intends to <strong data-start=\"1411\" data-end=\"1443\">put an end to this fragmentation<\/strong> and create a modern, green and people-friendly road, integrating ses Figueretes and Can Misses in a more fluid and livable environment. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1584\" data-end=\"1863\">The agreement establishes a <strong data-start=\"1610\" data-end=\"1674\">maximum contribution of the Consell Insular of 13,006,440.78 euros<\/strong>, which can be financed with its own funds, through the <strong data-start=\"1731\" data-end=\"1756\">insularity factor<\/strong> or through an <strong data-start=\"1771\" data-end=\"1839\">agreement with the Ministry of Transport and Sustainable Mobility<\/strong> of the central government.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1865\" data-end=\"2137\">For its part, the <strong data-start=\"1882\" data-end=\"1909\">Ibiza City Council <\/strong>will assume the <strong data-start=\"1921\" data-end=\"1960\">bidding and execution of the works<\/strong>, as well as the adaptation of the project to the conclusions of the urban mobility study, the updating of prices and the application of the <strong data-start=\"2098\" data-end=\"2126\">new structural code<\/strong> in force.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/the-reconversion-of-ses-figueretes-and-es-viver-will-allow-the-expansion-and-renovation-of-hotels-outside-the-urban-planning-process\/?swcfpc=1\">Ibiza gives a free hand to hotels: they can expand and reform without complying with urban planning<\/a><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2139\" data-end=\"2298\">The subsidy will also cover the <strong data-start=\"2173\" data-end=\"2208\">costs of project management<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"2215\" data-end=\"2249\">preliminary actions necessary<\/strong> to guarantee the complete execution of the section.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2300\" data-end=\"2364\"><strong data-start=\"2304\" data-end=\"2364\">Institutional collaboration and long-term planning<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2366\" data-end=\"2712\">The agreement will be <strong data-start=\"2389\" data-end=\"2416\">in force for four years<\/strong> from the signing of the deed of transfer of the road section between the Consell and the City Council, and will include the <strong data-start=\"2526\" data-end=\"2569\">creation of a monitoring committee<\/strong> to ensure compliance with deadlines, transparency and coordination between administrations during all phases of the project.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/a-gob-report-proposes-to-stop-the-construction-of-new-houses-in-the-balearic-islands\/?swcfpc=1\">The surrealistic recipe of the GOB: not to build a single house more<\/a><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2714\" data-end=\"2848\">The mayor of Ibiza, <strong data-start=\"2737\" data-end=\"2756\">Rafael Triguero<\/strong>, has highlighted the importance of this agreement as a <strong data-start=\"2810\" data-end=\"2830\">&#8220;historic milestone&#8221;<\/strong> for the city: &#8220;This agreement closes a long episode after years of talking about the need to transform the EI-10.
