With almost three decades on the catwalks, Laura S\u00e1nchez<\/strong> has gone from being a promising young model to an established figure on the Spanish scene. What began as a coincidence (an impulse from her father that led her to enroll in a modeling agency when she was just 16 years old) turned into an international career that led her to parade for the biggest brands in the world. <\/p>\n

Today, the Huelva native is living a calmer stage, marked by emotional stability and a slower approach to life, according to what she told Y ahora Sonsoles<\/em>.<\/p>\n

A love story that was born without looking for it<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The model’s present is going through a new sentimental chapter. Her relationship with bullfighter Manuel Escribano<\/strong> began to take shape in 2024, after they coincided in a flamenco fashion event. <\/p>\n

What started as a friendship ended up becoming a solid relationship that she defines as “companionship and mutual admiration”.<\/p>\n

Laura usually accompanies the diestro in the bullrings, although she confesses that she does not always live it calmly. “I prefer to see him live, although I get scared. From home I get more nervous,” she admitted recently. An anecdote that marked their beginning as a couple was the injury suffered by Escribano during a bullfight when they had just met: “He returned to the ring after being treated. That day I understood his dedication and strength,” he recalls. <\/p>\n

Beyond her career and personal life, Laura has had to face a challenge that redefined the way she understands health. In 2021, she was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes<\/strong>, a disease that, according to her, was linked to prolonged stress. <\/p>\n

“It was my body that told me enough,” she explained. Since then, she has been trying to live without pressure, prioritizing physical and mental well-being. <\/p>\n

The model recognizes that this process came after difficult years marked by a legal battle for the custody of her daughter, Naia<\/strong>, who now resides in the United States. That stage taught her, as she has said, to downplay the importance of the superficial: “Wrinkles or age are of little concern to me; what matters to me is my health and feeling free”. <\/p>\n

A mother-daughter relationship marked by complicity<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Although an ocean separates them, the bond between Laura and her daughter remains close and constant. They maintain daily contact and meet whenever they can. <\/p>\n
