They also add that <strong data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1167\">there is no record of any incident involving the disc jockey identified<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1513\">Following the circulation of the videos published by Vibe Crib, the City Council has launched a <strong data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1316\">review of the information available<\/strong> to determine whether or not to open a file. <strong>&#8220;This type of actions, if carried out without the corresponding enabling title, are not allowed and are considered illegal<\/strong>,&#8221; they recalled.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1515\" data-end=\"1572\"><strong data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1572\">A family beach turned into a festive setting<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1573\" data-end=\"1823\">Cala Vadella -or <strong data-start=\"1589\" data-end=\"1600\">Vedella-<\/strong>is a cove known for its quiet atmosphere, mainly oriented to family tourism. Its fine sand, calm waters and offer of water activities make it especially popular during the summer season. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1825\" data-end=\"2234\">The environment, protected by cliffs and pine trees, has restaurants, boathouses and paddle surfing and diving schools. It is precisely because of its natural character and its mostly family use that the images of this type of event in the middle of October have generated <strong data-start=\"2089\" data-end=\"2149\">concern among neighbors.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1825\" data-end=\"2234\">\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/el-dj-diplo-recibe-una-multa-historica-de-300-000-euros-por-una-fiesta-ilegal-en-ibiza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DJ Diplo receives historic 300,000 euro fine for illegal party in Ibiza<\/a><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2236\" data-end=\"2280\"><strong data-start=\"2239\" data-end=\"2280\">A recent precedent: the Diplo case<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2281\" data-end=\"2559\">The controversy revives the memory of one of the most mediatic episodes that occurred in the municipality. In <strong data-start=\"2386\" data-end=\"2403\">June 2024<\/strong>, the international DJ <strong data-start=\"2425\" data-end=\"2434\">Diplo<\/strong> held an impromptu session in the protected area of <strong data-start=\"2490\" data-end=\"2505\">Cala d&#8217;Hort<\/strong>, gathering hundreds of people without authorization. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2561\" data-end=\"2862\">The City Council confirmed this year that it imposed a <strong data-start=\"2613\" data-end=\"2641\">fine of 300,000 euros<\/strong>, the maximum <strong data-start=\"2613\" data-end=\"2641\">penalty<\/strong> foreseen for infractions in areas of special environmental protection. The event was held in an area catalogued as <strong data-start=\"2779\" data-end=\"2822\">ANEI (Natural Area of Special Interest)<\/strong> and protected by the <strong data-start=\"2842\" data-end=\"2861\">Natura 2000 Network.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2864\" data-end=\"3117\">At that time, the Consistory warned that these behaviors &#8220;threaten the environment&#8221; and represent a serious breach of environmental regulations, although initially they refused to confirm whether there was a sanctioning process underway.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3119\" data-end=\"3178\"><strong data-start=\"3122\" data-end=\"3178\">Investigation opened following the dissemination of the videos<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3179\" data-end=\"3535\">In the case of Cala Vadella, the City Council insists that <strong data-start=\"3238\" data-end=\"3284\">there was no complaint or prior notice<\/strong> of a party in October, but the appearance of the videos has activated the usual review protocol.
