Hotel occupancy in Ibiza and Formentera<\/strong> closed October with a figure practically identical to that recorded last year, confirming the stability of demand at the end of the season. According to data published by the Hotel Business Federation of Ibiza and Formentera (FEHIF)<\/strong>, average occupancy reached 69.69%<\/strong>, just two tenths below the 69.87% recorded in October 2024. <\/p>\n

The evolution by zones shows unequal behaviors. Santa Eul\u00e0ria<\/strong> recorded an increase of 3.2%<\/strong>, while Sant Josep<\/strong> closed the month with an increase of 2.4%<\/strong>, consolidating a positive trend in both municipalities. On the other hand, the northern zone of Ibiza<\/strong> and Formentera<\/strong> experienced slight decreases, although without significant impact on the Pitiusas as a whole. <\/p>\n

Despite the stability of October, the overall balance of the season shows favorable results. The accumulated between May and October 2025 places the average occupancy rate at 82.20%<\/g>, an improvement of 0.55 percentage points<\/g> over the same period in 2024. In the case of Formentera<\/strong>, the performance has been even more positive, with an increase of 2.1 points<\/strong>, which reinforces the sustained recovery of its accommodation plant. <\/p>\n

The FEHIF has valued this stability as positive. They consider that it consolidates the good results of the summer and reflects the resilience of both the destination and the Pitiusas hotel sector<\/g>, especially in a context of increasing international competition<\/g>.
