The defendant had arranged with unidentified third parties to receive a package containing<strong> MDMA and ketamine at his home.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>He was under surveillance by the authorities, and the Court of Instruction number 3 of Ibiza, in charge of the investigations, authorized the substitution of the narcotics for a harmless substance and its controlled delivery.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><a
