Laura Matamoros became this Wednesday one of the protagonists of Y Ahora Sonsoles<\/em> (Antena 3) when she sat down in front of Sonsoles \u00d3nega to talk, without filters, about her personal life, her career as a content creator and the public exposure that has marked her story since she was a child.<\/p>\n

The daughter of Kiko Matamoros and Mari\u00e1n Flores opened a little-known window into her intimacy, reviewing a childhood marked by the separation of her parents and a present in which she tries to protect her children from the wounds that took her years to manage.<\/p>\n

Memories of his childhood<\/strong><\/h2>\n

During the conversation, Laura acknowledged that growing up with media parents was not as easy as many imagine. She explained that the breakup of her family left an imprint that, to this day, can still stir emotions she thought she had overcome. <\/p>\n

“Many people think I’ve had it easy, but it’s not like that. I’ve been through complicated times and I’ve had to work hard to be where I am,” she commented, visibly affected.<\/p>\n

The influencer, currently separated from Benji Aparicio (father of her sons Mat\u00edas and Benjam\u00edn) assured that one of her priorities has been to prevent her little ones from living similar situations to those she experienced with her brother Diego.<\/p>\n

“There are things that children hear, feel and affect them. I didn’t want them to relive the same thing that marked me,” she confessed before acknowledging that, despite time, “the wound is still there.”<\/p>\n

Laura Matamoros’ disease: what is the glaucoma that affects her vision?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The most delicate moment of the interview came when Sonsoles \u00d3nega asked him about the health problem he has been suffering from for some time. Matamoros confirmed that he suffers from glaucoma<\/strong>, an eye disease that has deteriorated his optic nerve and has severely reduced his field of vision. <\/p>\n

“I see very little from the middle of the eye down,” he explained. The problem affects his right eye and, before the definitive diagnosis, doctors even went so far as to suspect a possible brain tumor. “Fortunately it wasn’t that. Now it’s under control and I haven’t lost any more vision, but I had a lot of scares,” he recounted. <\/p>\n

The influencer assures that she has already learned to live with the limitation, although it is still a condition that alters her daily life: “It is something that is part of my life. I just hope it doesn’t progress.<\/p>\n

Life behind the cell phone and networks<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Beyond her personal and health situation, Matamoros spoke about her work as a digital content professional. She defended the dedication and effort required by the platforms where she works and recalled that, although many underestimate it, social networks are for her and for many colleagues a real and demanding profession. <\/p>\n
