And about <strong>[UNVRS]<\/strong> he adds: &#8220;<strong data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1283\">It was a big bet, something difficult and ambitious<\/strong>&#8220;. <\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1169\" data-end=\"1256\"><strong data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1256\">&#8220;[UNVRS] was a tough gamble&#8230;and on the last day we were still painting.&#8221;<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1745\">Pissenem explains that opening a new club in Ibiza always involves pressure: &#8220;<strong data-start=\"1334\" data-end=\"1409\">Everyone is looking at you, everyone is going to analyze what you do<\/strong>&#8220;. [ <strong data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"797\">UNVRS]<\/strong>, he recalls, was built under a deadline: &#8220;<strong data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1563\">The work was pharaonic, we didn&#8217;t know if we were going to make it&#8230; we were painting until the last day<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1745\">In this line, he highlights the support of artists and promoters with whom he closed deals before opening and being sure of being able to make the dates on time. &#8220;We weren&#8217;t.&#8221; <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1745\">The recognition, he insists, is collective: &#8220;<strong data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"1672\">It&#8217;s a reward for all the magnificent team I have<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1862\" data-end=\"2365\">Pissenem himself admits that <strong data-start=\"1892\" data-end=\"1923\">the construction of [UNVRS] <\/strong>was an unprecedented leap. &#8220;<strong data-start=\"1958\" data-end=\"2037\">The work was Pharaonic, it cost us a lot and we didn&#8217;t know if we were going to make it<\/strong>,&#8221; he recalls.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1862\" data-end=\"2365\">As he explains, the project progressed against the clock: &#8220;<strong data-start=\"2101\" data-end=\"2143\">We were painting until the last day<\/strong>. In this first block, Pissenem highlights the collective work: &#8220;<strong data-start=\"2217\" data-end=\"2276\">There has been an immense amount of work on the part of everyone<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2399\" data-end=\"2732\"><strong data-start=\"2483\" data-end=\"2571\">&#8220;The truth is that I never considered when I started in this world to reach this level,&#8221; he<\/strong> admits<strong data-start=\"2483\" data-end=\"2571\">.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/ibiza-en\/success-beyond-the-dance-floor-ibiza-reaffirms-its-global-dominance-at-the-golden-moon-awards-2025\/?swcfpc=1\">&#8216;Success beyond the dance floor&#8217;: Ibiza reaffirms its global dominance at the Golden Moon Awards 2025<\/a><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"3573\" data-end=\"3645\"><strong data-start=\"3576\" data-end=\"3645\">Acoustics and structure: &#8220;We treat the building as an &#8216;opera house'&#8221;.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2399\" data-end=\"2732\">Pissenem describes precisely how the soundproofing of <strong data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"797\">[UNVRS]<\/strong> was designed: &#8220;<strong data-start=\"3728\" data-end=\"3817\">We soundproofed the entire perimeter&#8230; 1.47-meter-wide walls, 13 layers of materials, we had to avoid disturbing the neighbors at all costs<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2399\" data-end=\"2732\">He also details the internal acoustic behavior: &#8220;<strong data-start=\"3877\" data-end=\"3971\">The walls are tied to the columns and move like a heart when the sound plays<\/strong>&#8220;. In short: &#8220;<strong data-start=\"3989\" data-end=\"4038\">We have treated the building like an <em>opera house<\/em><\/strong>&#8220;. <\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3335\" data-end=\"3364\"><strong data-start=\"3338\" data-end=\"3364\">A summer without rest<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3366\" data-end=\"3979\">The summer of 2025 was, according to Pissenem, &#8220;<strong data-start=\"3406\" data-end=\"3431\">very intense, very crazy<\/strong>&#8220;. Between the Universe play, the H\u00ef and Ushua\u00efa operation, openings and sports competitions, his schedule was frenetic. &#8220;<strong data-start=\"3565\" data-end=\"3737\">No sleep is literal. I close [UNVRS] at 7-8 a.m., get up at 11 a.m., train, go to the office, go back to training and back to the clubs for 150 days. <\/strong>&#8220;, he explains.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3366\" data-end=\"3979\">And he has not done badly, as days ago he won a <strong data-start=\"285\" data-end=\"582\">silver medal at the World Jiu-Jitsu Championships of the Arab Federation (UAEJJ) held in Abu Dhabi.<\/strong> The Ibizan businessman competed as part of the Club de Lluita Verge dels Desamparats, based at the sa Blanca Dona sports center, and signed the best performance of the local team. &#8220;It balances me out going in,&#8221; he confesses. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3366\" data-end=\"3979\">\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/ibiza-en\/golden-moon-awards-2025-ibiza-sweeps-the-awards-and-consolidates-its-world-domination-in-nightlife\/?swcfpc=1\">Golden Moon Awards 2025: Ibiza sweeps the awards and consolidates its world domination in nightlife<\/a><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3366\" data-end=\"3979\">And he insists that &#8220;<strong data-start=\"3803\" data-end=\"3894\">I don&#8217;t drink alcohol, I do nothing but dedicate myself to my work, my family and training<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3366\" data-end=\"3979\">The controversy over the 32 million<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"204\" data-end=\"843\">The businessman also recalled the <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/contundente-respuesta-de-abel-matutes-a-un-articulo-de-el-espanol-sobre-sus-discotecas-de-ibiza-patetica-bazofia-periodistica\/\">fake news published by <em>El<\/em><\/a><em>Espa\u00f1ol<\/em> in relation to a denied crisis between the partners of the leisure empire and which valued their participation in the company at <strong data-start=\"303\" data-end=\"318\">32 million<\/strong> euros, a derisory and implausible amount.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"204\" data-end=\"843\">Pissenem assures that the episode did not cause him any tension and that he experienced it with humor: &#8220;<strong data-start=\"433\" data-end=\"484\">We laughed a lot with Abel [Matutes, his partner] about it<\/strong>,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"204\" data-end=\"843\">He explained that this number was &#8220;<strong data-start=\"527\" data-end=\"596\">derisory compared to what the real value of the company would be<\/strong>&#8220;, although he avoided giving specific figures: &#8220;<strong data-start=\"635\" data-end=\"656\">We cannot say<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"204\" data-end=\"843\">The context, he said, coincided with a particularly sensitive time for the industry, just after the high season and in the midst of the battle for artists for the following summer.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"1393\">The message also appeared during the <strong data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"918\">ADE<\/strong> week <strong data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"918\">in Amsterdam<\/strong>, the largest annual meeting of agents, promoters and managers. In this ecosystem, any rumor can generate tension or attempt to destabilize negotiations. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"1393\">Pissenem interpreted it as follows: &#8220;<strong data-start=\"1107\" data-end=\"1168\">I understand that destabilizing news has to come out<\/strong>,&#8221; he said, although he avoided pointing the finger at anyone: &#8220;<strong data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1277\">I imagine that someone would have a good time launching a news item like that<\/strong>. Regarding the banning of cell phones, he insists: &#8220;<strong data-start=\"5848\" data-end=\"5898\">People see it as an almost police measure<\/strong>&#8220;. <\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"5988\" data-end=\"6041\"><strong data-start=\"5991\" data-end=\"6041\">Sunrise at [UNVRS]: only twice a year<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"6043\" data-end=\"6484\">When asked about the architectural decision to allow the sun to enter the club, Pissenem clarifies: &#8220;<strong data-start=\"6156\" data-end=\"6223\">We did it for those two iconic moments of <em>opening<\/em> and <em>closing<\/em><\/strong><em>&#8220;.<\/em> He explains that in Sant Antoni the closing is set at 06.00, which makes it impossible to enjoy the sunrise at other times. &#8220;<strong data-start=\"6353\" data-end=\"6423\">We wanted to recreate the story of the sun rising in the club, it&#8217;s a very Ibiza moment<\/strong>.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"6043\"
