The forensic doctor in charge of the autopsy has stated that the victim suffered a <strong data-start=\"657\" data-end=\"698\">&#8220;slow agony&#8221; from smoke inhalation<\/strong>, unable to flee due to his physical dependence. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"749\" data-end=\"1142\">During his appearance, the doctor explained that the body of the deceased had <strong data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"873\">second-degree burns<\/strong> only on the front and side of the body, indicating that the fire did not burn him completely. In this document he concludes that, although she suffers from <g id=\"gid_1\">schizoaffective disorder<\/g>, at the time of the events <g id=\"gid_2\">she did not suffer any outbreak or alteration that affected her ability to understand or decide<\/g>, so she was &#8220;fully aware&#8221; of her actions.
