The Balearic Minister of Health, Manuela Garc\u00eda Romero<\/strong>, and the general director of Ib-Salut, Javier Ure\u00f1a<\/strong>, will travel this Friday, November 21,<\/strong> to Ibiza<\/strong>, where they have called a press conference at noon at the Can Misses Hospital<\/strong> to announce the resignation of Enrique Garcer\u00e1n<\/strong> as manager of the Health Area of Ibiza and Formentera<\/strong>, after several months of tensions and resignations in the management structure.<\/p>\n

Garcer\u00e1n’s departure comes in a context marked by the resignations of the medical director<\/strong>, Sausan Sayed, and the deputy surgical director<\/strong>, Manuel Deiros, whose resignations resulted in a letter signed by 22 service chiefs and coordinators<\/strong>. In the letter, addressed to the Government, the manager was directly pointed out as the cause of the conflict and explicit support was expressed for the two resigned professionals.<\/p>\n
