The event was held in parallel to the <strong>II Fira de Sabors<\/strong>, where producers of the island offered a wide sample of local foods. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"318\" data-end=\"949\">\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/what-to-do\/ibiza-presents-the-ii-fira-sabors-and-surprises-with-a-contest-with-a-special-ingredient\/?swcfpc=1\">Ibiza presents the II Fira Sabors and surprises with a contest with a special ingredient<\/a><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"318\" data-end=\"949\">&#8220;Eggs pages and Ibizan red potato, those are the ingredients that must be in the omelets that compete and that put in value the local products,&#8221; recalled at a press conference last Thursday \u00c0lex<strong> Minchiotti<\/strong>, Councillor for Trade and Markets of the City Council of Ibiza.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"318\" data-end=\"949\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-139398\" src=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image00016.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image00016.jpeg 1280w, https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image00016-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image00016-768x512.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"1442\">The contest, open to food lovers of all ages, allowed the participation of groups, clubs and associations. Each team received eggs and five kilos of potato vermella provided by the organization and had a tent equipped with tables and stools to prepare their recipes in the spaces provided by the Consistory. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"1442\">During the morning, the teams worked on their creations until 2 p.m., when the tortillas were presented to the jury.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"1442\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-139400\" src=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image00005.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image00005.jpeg 1280w, https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image00005-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/image00005-768x512.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1955\">Thereafter, the members of the jury began the tasting and evaluated criteria such as originality, presentation, difficulty of preparation, taste and aroma. After the deliberation, the first prize went to the <strong>Cocinitas<\/strong> team <strong>,<\/strong> which received a large basket of local products provided by the participants of the II Fira de Sabors. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1955\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-139404\" went to<strong> Ole Ma\u00f1os<\/strong> and third place to<strong> Sa FigaFlor,<\/strong> both of which were also awarded baskets of products from this Ibizan gastronomic fair.<\/p>\n<p
