Culture, live music, workshops for young people, family events and the most awaited traditions will mark the arrival of winter in Formentera. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"1257\">The kick-off will be on <strong data-start=\"849\" data-end=\"867\">December 1,<\/strong> a particularly symbolic day: the Mininadal will be inaugurated, the show <em data-start=\"969\" data-end=\"1007\">Encendiendo los sue\u00f1os de la Navidad<\/em> will be staged and, at <strong data-start=\"1017\" data-end=\"1028\">6 p.m.<\/strong>, the Plaza de la Constituci\u00f3n will be lit up with the Christmas lights. The festive atmosphere will continue with the opening of the Christmas Market and the concert of Santa&#8217;s Band, which will put music to the first big meeting of the season. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1259\" data-end=\"1736\">On the following day, <strong data-start=\"1280\" data-end=\"1298\">December 2<\/strong>, the cultural program will take its first steps with the exhibition  <em data-start=\"1367\" data-end=\"1409\">Joan Mar\u00ed Cardona: 50 years. 100 images <\/em>On <strong data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1445\">December 4<\/strong>, young people will be able to enjoy a gingerbread cookie workshop at the Casal de Joves. Already on <strong data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1558\">December 8<\/strong>, the church of Sant Francesc will be the scene of the work   <em data-start=\"1614\" data-end=\"1660\">Paths of history. Oratori Joan Mar\u00ed Cardona <\/em>an opportunity to connect art, memory and tradition in a unique setting.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"252\" data-end=\"852\">\n<h5><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/what-to-do\/how-christmas-lights-up-in-ibiza-videomapping-new-market-and-a-festive-agenda-full-of-surprises\/\">Christmas lights up in Ibiza: videomapping, new market and a festive agenda full of surprises<\/a><\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1743\" data-end=\"1786\">A Christmas that is built step by step<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1788\" data-end=\"2084\">Youth creativity will again be the protagonist with Christmas decoration workshops scheduled for <strong data-start=\"1897\" data-end=\"1925\">December 9 and 11.<\/strong> That same 11th, Sant Ferran will host a workshop dedicated to recycling at Christmas and, in the afternoon, the School of Music and Dance will fill the day with Christmas carols. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2086\" data-end=\"2444\">The week will continue with one of the most anticipated moments for families: on <strong data-start=\"2167\" data-end=\"2186\">December 12<\/strong>, the living nativity scene of the students of the Verge Miraculosa School will return to the Sala de Cultura (Cinema). And on <strong data-start=\"2292\" data-end=\"2311\">December 13<\/strong>, music will take over the Christmas Market with a night of concerts by Ritmo de Isla, The Island Rockers and DJ Manceboss. <\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2451\" data-end=\"2512\">Local art, school tradition and nights to look at the sky<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2514\" data-end=\"3171\">In the middle of the month, culture will gain momentum with the inauguration of the Collective Christmas Exhibition on <strong data-start=\"2620\" data-end=\"2639\">December 15<\/strong> in the &#8220;Ajuntament Vell&#8221; Hall. School participation will continue on <strong data-start=\"2711\" data-end=\"2730\">December 16<\/strong> with the meeting <em data-start=\"2748\" data-end=\"2770\">&#8220;Cantamos Villancicos&#8221;<\/em>, an afternoon that will end with chocolate for everyone. That day and the next, the royal pages will visit the schools, while on <g id=\"gid_3\">December 17<\/g> the School of Music and Dance will hold its Christmas concert in the Plaza de la Constituci\u00f3n. That same night, the Ses Eres garden will offer a different date: an astronomical observation focused on deep space and the planets.   <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2514\" data-end=\"3171\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-139633 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/NADAL-GENERAL-2025-2026-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"905\" height=\"1280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/NADAL-GENERAL-2025-2026-1.jpg 905w, https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/NADAL-GENERAL-2025-2026-1-212x300.jpg 212w, https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/NADAL-GENERAL-2025-2026-1-768x1086.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 905px) 100vw, 905px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"3178\" data-end=\"3200\">Road to Christmas Eve, New Year&#8217;s Eve and the arrival of Their Majesties<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3202\" data-end=\"3729\">The Christmas atmosphere will continue on <strong data-start=\"3237\" data-end=\"3256\">December 18<\/strong> with the visit of the Magician Albert to the Residencia des Brolls, followed by the arrival of Santa Claus at the Sala de Cultura, which will offer two sessions with chocolate included. The Casal de Joves will screen its Christmas film on <strong data-start=\"3477\" data-end=\"3496\">December 23<\/strong>, just before tradition takes over with the Caramelles and the Misa de Matines in Sant Francesc on the night of <strong data-start=\"3615\" data-end=\"3634\">December 24.<\/strong> The celebrations will continue on <strong data-start=\"3669\" data-end=\"3688\">December 26<\/strong> at Sant Ferran and Pilar de la Mola.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3779\" data-end=\"4100\">The entrance to the new year will be celebrated at the Christmas Market, where DJ Mr. Cardona will animate the early morning of <g id=\"gid_0\">December 31.<\/g> In January, the Casal de Joves will open the month with a chocolatada on <strong data-start=\"3975\" data-end=\"3989\">January 3<\/strong>, and on <strong data-start=\"3996\" data-end=\"4010\">January 5<\/strong> the Three Kings Cavalcade will tour the island in their most awaited visit of the winter.  <\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4107\" data-end=\"4150\">Living spaces throughout the holidays<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4152\" data-end=\"4228\">In addition to the daily program, the island will have three permanent spaces:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"4229\" data-end=\"4466\">\n<li data-start=\"4229\" data-end=\"4300\">\n<p data-start=\"4231\" data-end=\"4300\">the Christmas Market, open from <strong data-start=\"4264\" data-end=\"4297\">December 1 to January 11,<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4301\" data-end=\"4356\">\n<p data-start=\"4303\" data-end=\"4356\">the Mininadal, from <strong data-start=\"4321\" data-end=\"4353\">December 1 to January 4,<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4357\" data-end=\"4466\">\n<p data-start=\"4359\" data-end=\"4466\">and the Diverespai, which will run from <strong data-start=\"4395\" data-end=\"4428\">December 27 to January 4<\/strong> with activities for children.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With this program, the island prepares to live a holiday where tradition, culture and coexistence meet again in every corner.
