The Government promoted this plan with the expectation of capturing between <strong data-start=\"1571\" data-end=\"1618\">2,000 and 3,000 properties in the first phase<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/consumo-propone-una-multa-millonaria-a-alquiler-seguro-que-irregularidades-ha-detectado-el-ministerio\/?swcfpc=1\">Consumer Affairs proposes a million-dollar fine to Alquiler Seguro: what irregularities has the Ministry detected?<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"2026\"><strong data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"1760\">The socialist deputy Pilar Costa<\/strong> has denounced in the Parliament the low incidence of the program, a complaint she made after receiving the official data from the Conselleria, as reported by Radio Ibiza.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1722\" data-end=\"2026\">The deputy warned that a &#8220;reduced&#8221; price cannot be close to <strong data-start=\"2395\" data-end=\"2420\">2,000 euros per month<\/strong>, which leaves around <strong data-start=\"2445\" data-end=\"2478\">1,500 euros for the tenant<\/strong>, a figure she considered incompatible with the objective of affordable housing. According to official data, <strong data-start=\"2581\" data-end=\"2651\">the three contracts signed in Ibiza are around 2,000 euros per month<\/strong>, all of them at the <strong data-start=\"2668\" data-end=\"2695\">maximum price allowed<\/strong>, set at <strong data-start=\"2707\" data-end=\"2740\">1,470 euros for the tenant<\/strong>, with the rest assumed by the Autonomous Community. <\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2888\" data-end=\"2967\"><strong data-start=\"2891\" data-end=\"2965\">The map of a minimum advance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2968\" data-end=\"3391\">Of the three homes formalized in Ibiza, <strong data-start=\"3013\" data-end=\"3058\">two are located in Vila and one in Sant Josep<\/strong>, according to the information sent to the Parliament. <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/el-lento-avance-de-alquiler-seguro-firman-las-primeras-viviendas-en-ibiza-y-lanzan-un-nuevo-anuncio\/?swcfpc=1\">In September La Voz de Ibiza had reported<\/a> on the first signings of homes on the island under the program.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3479\" data-end=\"4149\">The program was announced in November 2024 by the president of the Govern, <strong data-start=\"3556\" data-end=\"3573\">Marga Prohens<\/strong>, with the aim of <strong data-start=\"3594\" data-end=\"3646\">mobilizing thousands of homes without residential use<\/strong> and offering them to residents with guarantees and limited prices. The Executive set an <strong data-start=\"3731\" data-end=\"3788\">appraisal ceiling of 2,100 euros in Ibiza and Formentera<\/strong>, and <strong data-start=\"3792\" data-end=\"3829\">1,500 euros in Mallorca and Menorca<\/strong>, to guarantee that tenants would pay <strong data-start=\"3874\" data-end=\"3905\">1,470 euros in the Pitiusas<\/strong>. According to initial calculations, the program had an <strong data-start=\"3966\" data-end=\"4011\">annual budget of 12 million euros<\/strong>, although the low participation implies a much lower actual expenditure.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4242\" data-end=\"4825\">In May, <strong data-start=\"4251\" data-end=\"4270\">La Voz de Ibiza<\/strong> reported that <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/lento-avance-de-alquiler-seguro-en-ibiza-18-viviendas-en-fase-final-pero-sin-contratos-firmados\/?swcfpc=1\">there were <strong data-start=\"4295\" data-end=\"4340\">18 homes in the final stages of processing<\/strong> in Ibiza<\/a>, but none had resulted in a contract. Subsequently, in September, the Govern assured that new adhesions were being registered and even announced the future incorporation of <g id=\"gid_3\">homes pending reform<\/g> to the program, in order to expand its scope. However, in practice, the volume signed in the Pitiusas is still minimal and the figures are far from the initial forecasts.  <\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"4832\" data-end=\"4910\"><strong data-start=\"4835\" data-end=\"4908\">Formentera continues without contracts and with limited interest from owners<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"4911\" data-end=\"5427\">In spite of being one of the islands where vacant housing was expected to be most attracted, <strong data-start=\"4984\" data-end=\"5029\">Formentera has not registered any signatures<\/strong> under the program.
