Authorities described a chaotic scene in which the flames <strong data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"740\">spread through the bamboo scaffolding<\/strong> installed on the facade, quickly reaching several buildings. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"809\" data-end=\"1213\">Police, quoted by the local press, confirmed that, in addition to the dead, <strong data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"917\">there were people trapped<\/strong> inside the <strong data-start=\"940\" data-end=\"966\">three affected blocks<\/strong>, which forced emergency teams to act against the clock.
