As her lawyer, <strong data-start=\"1131\" data-end=\"1151\">Diego Herchhoren<\/strong>, explained to <em>IB3 Noticias,<\/em> the forensic reports collected in that investigation indicated <strong data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1289\">anal dilatation, hypersexualized behavior and maturational delay.<\/strong> In spite of this, the <strong data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1357\">Court of Instruction number 2 of Ibiza <\/strong>decided to close the case.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1386\" data-end=\"1675\">Fearing for the child&#8217;s safety, the woman left Ibiza and moved abroad. Since then she has been subject to an <strong data-start=\"1511\" data-end=\"1579\">international search and arrest warrant for parental kidnapping<\/strong>, a measure that her lawyer has requested to be withdrawn <strong data-start=\"1632\" data-end=\"1651\">seven<\/strong> times, without success so far. <\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1677\" data-end=\"1747\"><strong data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1747\">Father convicted in 2024 of abusing a 15-year-old girl<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1749\" data-end=\"2078\">The accused man, a <strong data-start=\"1774\" data-end=\"1801\">tattoo artist from Cala de Bou<\/strong>, was convicted in <strong data-start=\"1820\" data-end=\"1837\">January 2024<\/strong> of having sexually abused a <strong data-start=\"1884\" data-end=\"1895\">15-year-old<\/strong> girl.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1749\" data-end=\"2078\">In addition, this month he has again sat in the dock of the <strong data-start=\"1963\" data-end=\"1987\">Provincial Court<\/strong>, accused of sexually assaulting a Scottish woman during the performance of a tattoo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2080\" data-end=\"2292\">These are not the only complaints she has accumulated: according to the information provided by the woman&#8217;s defense, there were <strong data-start=\"2197\" data-end=\"2231\">at least two previous complaints<\/strong> filed by British women in <strong data-start=\"2272\" data-end=\"2280\">2005<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"2283\" data-end=\"2291\">2008<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/un-tatuador-acusado-de-abusar-de-una-clienta-durante-una-sesion-en-ibiza\/?swcfpc=1\">Tattooist accused of abusing a client during a session in Ibiza<\/a><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"2294\" data-end=\"2363\"><strong data-start=\"2298\" data-end=\"2363\">The mother will ask to reopen the case and review her legal situation.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2365\" data-end=\"2818\">Faced with this new conviction and the open trials against the father, the woman wants her son&#8217;s case to be <strong data-start=\"2472\" data-end=\"2485\">reopened<\/strong>.
