Compared to August, the capital granted also grew notably, with an increase of <strong data-start=\"1019\" data-end=\"1028\">34.5%<\/strong>, reflecting a clear reactivation of the Balearic mortgage market. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/ibavi-begins-construction-of-eight-public-housing-units-in-the-former-mercat-pages-in-2026\/?swcfpc=1\">Ibavi will build eight public housing units in the old Mercat Pag\u00e8s: this is what the new development for residents in Ibiza will be like.<\/a><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1101\" data-end=\"1140\"><strong data-start=\"1105\" data-end=\"1140\">More than 1,400 mortgages in total<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1142\" data-end=\"1317\">If all properties are taken into account, the Balearic Islands registered <strong data-start=\"1201\" data-end=\"1220\">1,421 mortgages<\/strong> in September, with a total disbursement of <strong data-start=\"1266\" data-end=\"1294\">603.55 million euros.<\/strong> Of these operations: <\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1515\">\n<li data-start=\"1319\" data-end=\"1368\">\n<p data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1368\"><strong data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1327\">44<\/strong> corresponded to <strong data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1365\">rural properties<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1515\">\n<p data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1419\"><strong data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1380\">1,377<\/strong> to <strong data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1401\">urban properties<\/strong>, of which:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1515\">\n<li data-start=\"1422\" data-end=\"1457\">\n<p data-start=\"1424\" data-end=\"1457\"><strong data-start=\"1424\" data-end=\"1433\">1,149<\/strong> were <strong data-start=\"1441\" data-end=\"1454\">homes<\/strong>,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1479\">\n<p data-start=\"1462\" data-end=\"1479\"><strong data-start=\"1462\" data-end=\"1468\">22<\/strong> plots,<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1482\" data-end=\"1515\">\n<p data-start=\"1484\" data-end=\"1515\"><strong data-start=\"1484\" data-end=\"1491\">206<\/strong> other types of real estate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1517\" data-end=\"1863\">With regard to changes in existing mortgages, <strong data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1624\">13 subrogations<\/strong> were made <strong data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1624\">to the creditor<\/strong> (change of bank) and <strong data-start=\"1656\" data-end=\"1686\">55 subrogations to the debtor<\/strong> (change of holder).
