Beni maintains that her departure is due to the fact that they consider her opinion on the controversy that has surrounded several magistrates of the Second Chamber of the Supreme Court to be &#8220;<strong>a disdain for the headline<\/strong>&#8220;. <\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A polemic to defend the Supreme Court: the origin of the conflict<\/strong><\/h2>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Beni explains that the trigger was his position regarding the information that questioned the participation of magistrates in courses organized by the <strong>Madrid Bar Association (ICAM).<\/strong> This institution is part of the accusation in the judicial process against former Attorney General Garc\u00eda Ortiz, which gave rise to accusations of alleged incompatibilities. <\/p>&#13;\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"es\">Dear readers, since many of you were kind enough to be one: After more than a decade writing two columns a week in eldiario, tomorrow you will no longer read me. He recalls that <strong>Jos\u00e9 Precedo<\/strong>, a journalist who was a witness during the trial and who testified that <strong>Garc\u00eda Ortiz did not leak<\/strong> the controversial message <strong>&#8220;journalism, despite everything&#8221;.<\/strong> The judicial analyst maintains that she has believed in that principle during all these years: &#8220;<strong>I do believe in it
