The event will be attended by <strong data-start=\"607\" data-end=\"622\">Jordi Griv\u00e9<\/strong>, fourth deputy mayor of the Consistory. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"669\" data-end=\"1002\">The project is financed with funds from the <strong data-start=\"716\" data-end=\"756\">Sustainable Tourism Tax (ITS)<\/strong> and involves an investment of <strong data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"800\">800,000 euros<\/strong>, plus <strong data-start=\"821\" data-end=\"845\">168,000 euros of VAT<\/strong>, for a total budget of <strong data-start=\"882\" data-end=\"899\">968,000 euros<\/strong>. The action is part of the plan to modernize the municipality&#8217;s hydraulic infrastructures. <\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1004\" data-end=\"1047\">Prevent flooding and spills into the sea<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1429\">The new storm tank will allow to <strong data-start=\"1087\" data-end=\"1129\">retain and efficiently manage<\/strong> the excess water that originates during heavy rainfall episodes, thus avoiding flooding in the area and <strong data-start=\"1240\" data-end=\"1295\">reducing polluting discharges into the coastline<\/strong>.
