The text proposes a tax reform of state and regional scope to alleviate the loss of purchasing power of families and businesses. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/cpi-falls-to-3-in-november-thanks-to-lower-electricity-prices-breaking-two-months-of-upward-movement\/?swcfpc=1\">CPI falls to 3% in November thanks to lower electricity prices, breaking two months of upward movement<\/a><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1253\" data-end=\"1642\">The party argues that, while the Spanish GDP per capita is far from the European average, the situation in the Islands is <strong data-start=\"1373\" data-end=\"1400\">&#8220;especially critical&#8221;<\/strong> because of the extra cost derived from the insularity. Vox argues that the Balearic Islands suffer <strong data-start=\"1479\" data-end=\"1532\">one of the most expensive shopping baskets in the country<\/strong>, with increases that, according to its calculations, range between 5 and 15% compared to the national average. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1644\" data-end=\"1989\">The formation links this economic pressure to the &#8220;housing drama&#8221;. According to the PNL, purchase prices exceed <strong data-start=\"1773\" data-end=\"1807\">3,700 euros per square meter<\/strong>, while the rent is around 17 euros per square meter, figures that are considered &#8220;record&#8221; in Spain. In this context, Vox argues that the Government should take urgent measures.  <\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1991\" data-end=\"2030\">Personal income tax reform and VAT reduction<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2031\" data-end=\"2365\">Vox&#8217;s proposal includes <strong data-start=\"2059\" data-end=\"2097\">a structural reduction of personal income tax<\/strong>, with a minimum exemption of 22,000 euros per year. For incomes up to 70,000 euros, it proposes a single rate of 15 percent and, for the higher bracket, a rate of 25 percent. The initiative also incorporates a bonus of four percentage points for each child.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2367\" data-end=\"2590\">Together with the IRPF reform, Vox demands that the central government maintain <strong data-start=\"2439\" data-end=\"2499\">a 0% VAT for basic food products<\/strong> and a 4% rate for household supplies -light, gas and water- on a permanent basis.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2592\" data-end=\"2633\">Elimination of regional taxes<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2634\" data-end=\"2938\">In the autonomous section, the group calls for the <strong data-start=\"2681\" data-end=\"2728\">complete elimination of its own taxes<\/strong>, expressly citing the Tourist Stay Tax (ITS) and the sanitation tax.
