Located in front of the Mediterranean, with privileged views of Formentera, it offers a renovated and cozy environment: the perfect setting to celebrate with friends, family or business groups. The Josper grill and the Mediterranean cuisine mark the personality of a gastronomic proposal that combines flavor and local produce. <\/p>\n

Blav\u00f3s presents a special special New Year’s Eve menu<\/a><\/strong> full of memorable flavors that begins with a selection of appetizers designed to awaken the senses: Mini foie tartlets with apple compote<\/strong>, a perfect balance between the creaminess of the foie and the aromatic sweetness of the caramelized apple; Scallop au gratin with cava<\/strong>, delicate and juicy, covered by a light golden layer that enhances its marine flavor; Iberian ham croquette<\/strong>, creamy inside and crispy on the outside, made with an intense background of ham.<\/p>\n

A festive menu to celebrate in style<\/h2>\n

As a starter, a warm salad of prawns, avocado and mango vinaigrette<\/strong> is served, a fresh and perfumed dish in which the tropical sweetness of the mango enhances the softness of the avocado and the salty point of the prawns. The first course proposes a turbot loin on green asparagus risotto and lemon butter<\/strong>, where the mellowness of the risotto merges with the firm texture of the turbot and a citrus touch that adds freshness. <\/p>\n

For the main course, an irresistible classic: beef tenderloin with truffled puree and red wine juice<\/strong>. The meat is tender and juicy, accompanied by an aromatic and silky truffle puree, and topped with an intense sauce that adds depth. The sweet finale comes with a white chocolate and carob volcano<\/strong>, an Ibizan interpretation of the traditional coulant: creamy, warm and with a contrast of flavors that surprises with its originality. The evening is completed with a carefully selected wine cellar, which includes wines and cavas perfect to accompany each dish. <\/p>\n

In addition, the evening will include the traditional lucky grapes, cotillion and a lively dinner with DJ to welcome the New Year in an atmosphere full of joy and rhythm.<\/p>\n
