Repsol Guide<\/strong> has presented its new edition of Soletes<\/strong> just before the December long weekend, a list designed for those looking for special places to celebrate meetings, toast, enjoy unforgettable after-dinner meals or discover traditional sweets made with centuries-old recipes. This selection brings together more than 300 establishments from all over the country, from cozy restaurants to lively bars and bakeries that set the sweetest rhythm of these holidays. <\/p>\n

The director of Gu\u00eda Repsol, Mar\u00eda Ritter,<\/strong> explained that this edition was born from “the collective desire to celebrate”, offering proposals for any time of the day: from an aperitif that becomes a new friendship to the choice of unique products for the Christmas pantry.<\/p>\n

Among the main novelties is, for the first time, the recognition of religious congregations for the excellence of their traditional bakeries, awarding prizes to 27 convents in Spain whose sweets keep alive recipes handed down from generation to generation.<\/p>\n

14 Soletes in Balearic Islands<\/h1>\n

This year, the Balearic Islands<\/strong> have 14 new Soletes,<\/strong> bringing the total number of distinguished establishments in the archipelago to 205. In Ibiza<\/strong>, Ciento80 and Bella Napoli<\/strong>, in Ibiza town; Celler Can Pere<\/strong>, in Santa Eul\u00e0ria des Riu; and Cas Costas,<\/strong> in Sant Josep de sa Talaia, stand out. <\/p>\n

In Mallorca<\/strong>, Forn Can Felip (Selva), Sant Francesc (Inca), Desportiu (Esporles), La Sang, Forn i Pastisseria Reina Mar\u00eda Cristina, Quina Creu, Llu\u00eds P\u00e9rez Pastisser, Barquillos Galindo and the convent of Santa Magdalena<\/strong>, all of them in Palma. Menorca<\/strong> adds a new distinguished with the establishment Sandra,<\/strong> in Ma\u00f3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

With this special edition, Gu\u00eda Repsol highlights the gastronomic diversity of the country and reinforces the role of gastronomy as a meeting point during these dates when sharing a table becomes a true tradition.<\/p>\n
