Ibiza airport will have this Saturday, Constitution Day, a lower activity than last year. According to data provided by Aena, 70 flights<\/strong> are scheduled throughout the day<\/strong>, which represents a drop of 13.58%<\/strong> compared to December 6, 2024, when more operations were recorded on the island. <\/p>\n

Of the total number of flights scheduled at the Ibizan airport, 64 correspond to domestic connections<\/strong> and only six will be international<\/strong>, a distribution that reflects the weight of domestic traffic on these dates outside the high tourist season. Despite being a national holiday, the figure is below that of last year and confirms a decrease in air traffic on the island during this long weekend. <\/p>\n

In the archipelago as a whole, the Balearic airports plan to operate 395 flights<\/strong> this Saturday, just 0.75% less than on the same date in 2024, when they reached 398 operations. The bulk of traffic will be concentrated in Palma, where Son Sant Joan airport has 281 flights<\/strong> scheduled, of which 184 are domestic and 97 international<\/strong>, representing a slight decrease of 0.71% over the previous year. <\/p>\n

The positive note of the day is provided by Menorca. The Menorcan airport will operate 44 flights<\/g>, 42 domestic and two international, which represents an increase of 29.41%<\/g> compared to Constitution Day 2024.
