assembly convened and expectations are high<\/a><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;<strong>There is no risk of global collapse<\/strong>&#8220;, states the report in the possession of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/\">La Voz de Ibiza<\/a><\/strong>after the inspection visit on December 5, 2025, the comparative analysis of the evolution of the pathologies between 2020 and 2025, and the evaluation of the current state of the structure of Block A of the Don Pepe \/ Cantos Rodados Apartments.<\/p>\n<p>Among the main conclusions, <strong>Planells Arquitectura T\u00e9cnica<\/strong> -which prepared the detailed report- states that &#8220;the building presents <strong>serious structural pathologies<\/strong>&#8221; such as &#8220;advanced corrosion processes of reinforcements; loss of coatings and fragile detachments; significant degradation of slab fronts and terraces; persistent humidity that accelerates corrosion; he argues, although &#8220;no new damage mechanisms have appeared.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Thus, it concludes that &#8220;<strong>the building can be rehabilitated by normal means<\/strong>&#8221; since it does not present irreversible damage and maintains general stability.<\/p>\n<p>Thus, all the necessary interventions &#8220;can be carried out using standard construction techniques&#8221; states the independent technical report.<\/p>\n<h2>The cost of rehabilitation<\/h2>\n<p>Planells Arquitectura T\u00e9cnica also makes an economic valuation that &#8220;confirms the viability of the rehabilitation&#8221;:  <strong>the total estimated cost is 3,710,123.31 euros.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In view of the complete analysis carried out in this report, the undersigned technicians conclude, with full professional independence, that Block A of the Don Pepe \/ Cantos Rodados Apartments is TECHNICALLY AND CONSTRUCTIVELY REHABILITABLE BY NORMAL MEANS OF CONSTRUCTION, without the need for extraordinary techniques, alien to the market or incompatible with the usual practice in reinforced concrete rehabilitation works,&#8221;
