Open all year round, the hotel is committed to an offer designed for both residents and those looking to enjoy a quieter Ibiza<\/strong>, without sacrificing gastronomic quality or great musical moments. <\/p>\n

With the island becoming more and more active during the winter months, Hotel Pacha inaugurates a season marked by renewed menus, gastronomic experiences and selected events. This new stage is part of a calendar that combines high-level culinary proposals with outstanding musical events, such as the expected Music On NYE<\/strong> by Marco Carola<\/strong> at Pacha Ibiza.<\/strong> <\/p>\n

Gastronomic novelties<\/h2>\n

Among the main novelties are the five new sharing menus, from One Cherry to Five Cherries,<\/strong> designed to be enjoyed in company and to explore a wide range of Mediterranean flavors.<\/p>\n

Andalusian style squid, steak tartar with potato millefeuille, burratina with arugula pesto, Neapolitan milanesa with truffled mashed potatoes, Mediterranean octopus or sea bass with Ibizan potatoes are part of a proposal that is completed with petit fours or seasonal fruit. Prices range from 42 to 70 euros. <\/p>\n

The offer is extended with a new five-course tasting menu for 55 euros, conceived as a gastronomic journey where cuisine is understood as art. Dishes such as tuna carpaccio with truffle, spinach and ricotta ravioli or a traditional Ibicencan pizza with sobrasada and taggiasca olives are paired with quality Spanish wines, giving shape to a careful and contemporary Mediterranean experience. <\/p>\n

Special proposals<\/h2>\n

During the most important dates, Hotel Pacha presents special proposals. On Christmas Eve, diners can enjoy a festive menu with brioche with foie gras, Iberian ham croquettes, grilled scallops, shrimp skewers and beef tenderloin with chestnuts and truffle puree, culminating with Santiago cake and nougat ice cream, for 100 euros per person. <\/p>\n

To bid farewell to the year, the New Year’s Eve Mediterranean Gala Dinner<\/strong> offers a five-course menu for 250 euros, including access to Pacha Ibiza before 1:30 am and direct connection to the Music On NYE headlined by Marco Carola, along with Nic Fanciulli, Franky Rizardo and Mason Collective<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Pacha + Soccer: ideal winter<\/h2>\n

The winter program is completed with the Live Football Nights<\/strong>, which combine LaLiga and international matches with a special promotion of “1 pizza + 1 free drink”<\/strong> during match times. With this proposal, Hotel Pacha reaffirms its role as a meeting place throughout the year, combining gastronomy, music, sport and the authentic island spirit in the off-season. <\/p>\n
