The deal reinforces the Balearic chain&#8217;s strategy of relying on international capital to boost its growth and enhance the value of its hotel portfolio. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"409\" data-end=\"810\">The agreement also includes the <strong>Torre Melina Gran Meli\u00e1 Hotel in Barcelona<\/strong>, formerly the Juan Carlos I, with a total of 545 rooms between the two establishments. The fund, which specializes in alternative financing and has invested more than $3.5 billion throughout its history, thus reinforces its commitment to high-value tourism assets. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1435\" data-end=\"1801\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The alliance is in addition to other <em data-start=\"1462\" data-end=\"1478\">joint ventures<\/em> promoted by Meli\u00e1 in recent years, especially with Banca March.
