The event is part of the programming of the Christmas festivities of the municipality and returns with more strength after being postponed last <strong data-start=\"752\" data-end=\"769\">October 12<\/strong> because of heavy rains. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"1021\">The day promises to fill this emblematic space with live music, gastronomic proposals and a festive atmosphere designed for both neighbors and visitors who are on the island during these dates.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"803\" data-end=\"1021\">\n<h5><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/que-hacer-en-ibiza-y-formentera\/el-numero-1-del-blues-latino-desembarca-en-ibiza-para-hacer-historia-en-el-soul-food-fest\/\">Latin blues number 1 lands in Ibiza to make history at Soul Food Fest<\/a><\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1065\">A festival with roots in Cala de Bou<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1444\">The councilor of Fiestas, <strong data-start=\"1092\" data-end=\"1112\">Isabel Castellar<\/strong>, stressed the importance of recovering this event for the neighborhood. &#8220;The Soul Food Fest is part of the festive spirit of Cala de Bou and we were eager to recover it after having to cancel it because of the rain. It is a proposal deeply rooted in the neighborhood, combining music, food and atmosphere,&#8221; he said. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1654\">The festival has become in recent years a meeting point for those who enjoy American roots music and a culinary offer designed to share and enjoy outdoors.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1656\" data-end=\"1708\">Live music with blues, soul and rock essence.<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1710\" data-end=\"2064\">The <strong data-start=\"1713\" data-end=\"1733\">V Soul Food Fest<\/strong> will start at <strong data-start=\"1750\" data-end=\"1762\">1 p.m.<\/strong> and will combine throughout the day gastronomy with live music inspired by <strong data-start=\"1849\" data-end=\"1892\">blues, soul and American rock<\/strong>. This year&#8217;s program stands out for the quality and authenticity of the proposals, all of them from local bands that bring their own vision of these classic genres. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2066\" data-end=\"2425\">Among the performances scheduled is <strong data-start=\"2111\" data-end=\"2135\">Acoustic Springsteen<\/strong>, a recently created trio formed by musicians from the island. The group will offer intimate versions of <strong data-start=\"2252\" data-end=\"2273\">Bruce Springsteen<\/strong>&#8216;s repertoire, betting on a careful and sensitive interpretation that seeks to transmit the &#8220;feeling&#8221; of the deepest compositions of the American singer-songwriter. <\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2427\" data-end=\"2483\">Local bands and DJ sessions throughout the day.<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2485\" data-end=\"2846\"><strong data-start=\"2513\" data-end=\"2541\">Little Pomegranate Honey<\/strong>, a quintet that fuses American-style rock and blues through versions of great classics of the genre, will also take the stage.
