The businessman <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/el-quiosco-bartolo-en-el-punto-de-mira-de-la-investigacion-del-derrumbe-que-causo-la-tragedia-en-formentera\/\">Bartolom\u00e9 Escandell, manager of the beach bar Bartolo de Cal\u00f3 des Mort,<\/a> has confirmed to <strong>La Voz de Ibiza<\/strong> that the work has already begun. In fact, the terrace has already been dismantled in the last hours. Nothing more he wanted to say about it.   <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/now-the-consell-de-formentera-recognizes-the-obligation-to-dismantle-the-beach-bars\/\">Now the Consell de Formentera recognizes the obligation to dismantle the beach bars.  <\/a><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"1099\"><strong>This is the first beach bar to begin dismantling work<\/strong>. As a result, <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/demolishing-report-formenteras-beach-bars-on-the-ropes\/\">the technical and legal reports of the officials<\/a> left no doubt about the seriousness of the breaches: <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/a-legal-report-of-the-govern-proposes-to-expire-the-concession-of-the-beach-bars-of-formentera\/\">the concession should be expired <\/a>.   <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"1099\">The documentation was transferred to the parties so that they can argue if they consider it appropriate. The next step is the resolution of the Conseller del Mar y del Ciclo del Agua, Juan Manuel Lafuente. <\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"1099\">Sa Uni\u00f3 fails, Cordoba moral victory<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"1099\">Unless there is a surprise, the concession will be withdrawn and <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/formentera-approaches-a-summer-without-beach-bars-on-its-beaches\/\">Formentera will not have beach bars on its beaches this summer<\/a>, which will be an absolute failure for Sa Uni\u00f3 and <strong>a moral victory for Lloren\u00e7 C\u00f3rdoba<\/strong>, who bet on leaving the contest deserted, renewing the old concessionaires for a year and calling for a new one.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"1099\">The consequence will not only be the loss of one of the tourist attractions of Formentera, as evidenced by the fact that the beach bars were widely promoted in one of the latest videos of the Consell de Formentera. And the fact is that the beach bars provide lifeguard service and are obliged to offer public toilets. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"1099\">Historic chiringuito<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"1099\">Bartolom\u00e9 Escandell managed to renew the concession <em>in extremis<\/em> and <strong>as a result of the fact that the winner of the lot did not present the required documentation <\/strong>.  <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"1099\">In a way, Escandell has acted as <strong>a loose canon with respect to the other seven concessionaires<\/strong>, who have behaved at all times as a team led by <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/la-direccion-de-costas-aclara-que-la-concesion-de-los-chiringuitos-de-formentera-no-admite-tuberias-enterradas-en-las-dunas-protegidas\/\">Juanjo Costa, the businessman behind the beach bar that installed the pipes under the dunes without permission. <\/a> <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"1099\">For example, he did not sign the application registered by the historic lawyer of <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/who-is-angel-bustos-the-controversial-businessman-who-is-promoting-the-hotel-that-cordoba-suspects\/\">Angel Bustos<\/a>, Francisco Javier Jimenez de Cisneros Cid, old acquaintance of the Port Authority as his complaint triggered the <em>case ports, <\/em>among others, in which he requested not to dismantle on the grounds that the specification requires to be open all year, inconsistency that would have served to reverse the contest.
