To date, <strong data-start=\"1512\" data-end=\"1547\">114 cases have already been resolved<\/strong>, while another 48 are still being processed. <\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_147247\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-147247\" style=\"width: 1280px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/record-de-sanciones-contra-el-charter-nautico-irregular-durante-2025\/attachment\/3286050\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-147246\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-147246\" src=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/3286050.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/3286050.jpeg 1280w, https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/3286050-300x169.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/3286050-768x432.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-147247\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Government intensifies the fight against irregular nautical charters<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1970\">Most of the proceedings were initiated as a result of <strong data-start=\"1655\" data-end=\"1756\">reports and complaints filed by the Guardia Civil and the AEAT Customs Surveillance Service<\/strong>, totaling 116 procedures.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1970\">The <strong data-start=\"1792\" data-end=\"1820\">remaining 46 files<\/strong> have their origin in inspections carried out directly by Government technicians, both in documentary reviews and on board the vessels.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1970\">\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/competition-favors-the-intrusion-in-the-nautical-charter\/?swcfpc=1\">Competition favors the &#8216;intrusion&#8217; in the nautical charter<\/a><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1977\" data-end=\"2018\">More control at sea and on the coastline<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2020\" data-end=\"2313\">The Government stresses that the 2025 data confirm an <strong data-start=\"2083\" data-end=\"2141\">upward trend in the prosecution of irregularities<\/strong> affecting both <strong data-start=\"2165\" data-end=\"2187\">maritime safety<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"2198\" data-end=\"2229\">protection of the marine environment<\/strong>. In addition, they warn that there are still to be processed another 56 complaints already received. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2315\" data-end=\"2677\">In parallel, Ports IB is deploying a <strong data-start=\"2375\" data-end=\"2428\">new coastal surveillance and inspection service<\/strong>, with a specific fleet of vessels and qualified inspection personnel. This system also incorporates a <strong data-start=\"2540\" data-end=\"2569\">centralized coordination<\/strong> that allows to act more effectively in times of high nautical pressure, especially
