data-end=\"422\">The publication of these instructions comes in a climate of doubts in the sector and with discomfort among recreational fishermen of Ibiza and Formentera by the implementation of the new system.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"521\" data-end=\"795\">Here is a practical guide with the essentials: <strong data-start=\"572\" data-end=\"684\">who should register, what data will need to be entered and how to declare retained or returned catches at sea<\/strong>, plus an important detail for those who don&#8217;t use a smartphone: <strong data-start=\"751\" data-end=\"794\">someone else can do it on your behalf<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"521\" data-end=\"795\">\n<h4><a data-start=\"1670\" data-end=\"1710\">requesting specific authorizations<\/strong> linked to species subject to differentiated protection measures.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1787\" data-end=\"1839\"><strong data-start=\"1790\" data-end=\"1839\">First step: create a user with your license<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1841\" data-end=\"1986\">The Ministry explains that Spanish flag).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"5312\" data-end=\"5360\"><strong data-start=\"5315\" data-end=\"5360\">What happens if you catch several species?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p
