Meanwhile, he declined to make any kind of statement. <\/p>\n<p>For his part, <strong>Juanjo Costa<\/strong>, head of the company awarded the beach bar in lot 43 of es Migjorn<a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/find-out-who-is-behind-the-companies-that-benefited-from-the-changes-in-the-criteria-of-the-contracting-board-two-are-related-to-javier-serra\/?swcfpc=1\">(Far Away La Mola SL<\/a>), which changed its name from Amagatai to <strong>Amar<\/strong>, replied that &#8220;<strong>this matter is in the hands of our lawyer<\/strong>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>He added that &#8220;when we have more news, I will let you know&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>However, sources familiar with the sector have remarked that they &#8220;<strong>no longer have time<\/strong>&#8221; to be completely dismantled by January 15, the established deadline.<\/p>\n<p>Especially because most of them are non-detachable beach bars, as <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/demolishing-report-formenteras-beach-bars-on-the-ropes\/?swcfpc=1\">the technical report of the Govern<\/a> was able to establish.<\/p>\n<p>There it is detailed that &#8220;at least 3 of them are not removable (Es Pujols lot 24, Es Mitjorn lot 43 and Cala Saona lot 3); 2 would be with conditions (Quiosco Arenals lot 35 and es Copinar lot 27); and only 3 are apparently removable (Arenals lot 38, Es Mar\u00ed lot 50 and Es Pujols lot 19)&#8221;.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/now-the-consell-de-formentera-recognizes-the-obligation-to-dismantle-the-beach-bars\/?swcfpc=1\">Now the Consell de Formentera recognizes the obligation to dismantle the beach bars.<\/a><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Insubordination<\/h2>\n<p>Last year, this <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/the-report-that-reveals-the-complicity-of-the-government-of-sa-unio-in-the-consell-de-formentera-with-the-concessionaires-of-the-beach-bars\/?swcfpc=1\">insubordination orchestrated in collusion with the government of Sa Uni\u00f3 at the head of the Consell de Formentera<\/a> resulted in a <strong>derisory fine of 1,500 euros<\/strong> for each of the eight owners, a ridiculous amount compared to the costs of dismantling and reassembling the installations.<\/p>\n<p>However, the complaint of a group of former concessionaires and the Government forced the Conselleria del Mar to open an informative file. As <strong>La Voz de Ibiza<\/strong> advanced, <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/demolishing-report-formenteras-beach-bars-on-the-ropes\/?swcfpc=1\">the technical and legal reports of the officials<\/a> left no doubt about the seriousness of the breaches: <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/a-legal-report-of-the-govern-proposes-to-expire-the-concession-of-the-beach-bars-of-formentera\/?swcfpc=1\">the concession has to be expired <\/a>.   <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/en\/current-news\/neither-plan-b-nor-express-bidding-beach-bars-in-the-air-for-2026-in-formentera\/?swcfpc=1\">Neither Plan B nor express bidding: beach bars in the air for 2026 in Formentera<\/a><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Both documents in the possession of this newspaper conclude that &#8220;<strong>the essential conditions of the concession title have not been complied with<\/strong>&#8221; due to different irregularities ranging from the lack of disassembly to accessibility and sanitation problems.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, &#8220;the procedure for the expiration of the concession granted to the Consell Insular de Formentera&#8221; must be initiated.<\/p>\n<p>The documentation was transferred to the parties so that they can argue if they consider it appropriate.
