As she explained at a press conference, the measure is part of the <strong data-start=\"1268\" data-end=\"1303\">negotiations with the Ministry<\/strong> and responds to the &#8220;<strong data-start=\"1321\" data-end=\"1352\">enormous tourist saturation<\/strong>&#8221; that affects the archipelago. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1691\">Herrera affirmed that the Ministry has expressed its commitment to <strong data-start=\"1446\" data-end=\"1513\">incorporate a specific regime for territories such as the Balearic Islands<\/strong> before the start of the 2026 tourist season. &#8220;We have worked to prevent a regulation designed for the whole state from generating more pressure on our coasts,&#8221; he said. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1693\" data-end=\"2040\">In the same vein, the Socialist spokesman in Parliament, <strong data-start=\"1752\" data-end=\"1771\">Iago Negueruela<\/strong>, argued that the agreement makes unnecessary the meeting of the <strong data-start=\"1831\" data-end=\"1847\">Nautical Bureau<\/strong> convened by the Government to address the decree, and urged the Executive of Marga Prohens to focus on issues that do fall within its competence, such as the labor conflict in public transport.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2042\" data-end=\"2090\">What the Government has said<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2092\" data-end=\"2382\">A few hours after the announcement of the PSIB, <strong data-start=\"2134\" data-end=\"2192\">sources of the Conselleria del Mar y del Ciclo del Agua<\/strong> denied having knowledge of the alleged agreement. According to them, Herrera&#8217;s intervention was <strong data-start=\"2298\" data-end=\"2320\">the first news<\/strong> they received about a possible exclusion of the state decree. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2384\" data-end=\"2785\">The regional executive recalled that, in response to state regulations, <strong data-start=\"2458\" data-end=\"2485\">and issued a resolution<\/strong> to <strong data-start=\"2491\" data-end=\"2572\">prevent the profitable use of private moorings in ports under regional management<\/strong>, a decision that is in force. answer.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2787\" data-end=\"2831\">What the PP has said<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2833\" data-end=\"3217\">For his part, the deputy of the <strong data-start=\"2863\" data-end=\"2876\">Balearic PP<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"2878\" data-end=\"2899\">Sebasti\u00e0 Mesquida<\/strong>, expressed <strong data-start=\"2912\" data-end=\"2928\">skepticism<\/strong> about the announcement of the Socialists and questioned the reliability of the alleged commitment to the Ministry of Transport. &#8220;The reality is that the regulations, published in the BOE, <strong data-start=\"3107\" data-end=\"3206\">allows from August 15 the rental of private boats also in the Balearic Islands<\/strong>,&#8221; he said. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3219\" data-end=\"3546\">Mesquida accused the PSIB of having reacted late and now trying to <strong data-start=\"3289\" data-end=\"3333\">&#8220;wash the face&#8221; of the Government of Sanchez<\/strong>, by announcing an agreement that, he said, <strong data-start=\"3375\" data-end=\"3418\">does not translate into any current measure<\/strong>. &#8220;After weeks of silence, they wake up talking about future commitments, when the regulations are already approved,&#8221; he said. <\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3548\" data-end=\"3731\">The popular parliamentarian insisted that <strong data-start=\"3589\"
