data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"733\">the bay of es Porroig, in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia (Ibiza)<\/strong>, according to the prosecution&#8217;s indictment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><a to others<\/strong> and claims the defendant to pay <strong data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"915\">6,768 euros<\/strong>, of which <strong data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"984\">about 4,500 euros would correspond to a fine<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"987\" data-end=\"1022\">2,268 euros to compensation<\/strong> for the damage caused to the affected vessel.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"789\" data-end=\"1077\">The case<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1079\" data-end=\"1407\">According to the prosecution, the facts date back to the <strong data-start=\"1136\" data-end=\"1169\">afternoon of June 22, 2024<\/strong>, when the defendant, who was sailing his own boat, had <strong data-start=\"1239\" data-end=\"1346\">an altercation with another man who was aboard an inflatable boat in the bay of es Porroig<\/strong>, an area frequented during the summer season in Ibiza.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1680\">After that incident, <strong data-start=\"1429\" data-end=\"1481\">the accused went to the beach of Illetes<\/strong>, in Formentera, where he met the victim again and <strong data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1579\">slashed his boat with a knife<\/strong>, causing <strong data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"1626\">damages valued at 1,875 euros<\/strong>, according to the valuation included in the court case.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1409\" data-end=\"1680\">Continue
