According to <em>Diario<\/em> <em>Menorca<\/em>, PP and Vox have agreed that the buildings out of order, i.e. illegal, can make works for reasons of health, safety and hygiene, which in a way is a covert legalization of housing. And it is that the figure of out of management was conceived so that the illegal buildings end up falling for lack of maintenance without the need for municipalities to force demolitions, an unpopular measure and high political cost. Now, these buildings will continue to be out of order but can be updated and, therefore, avoid ruin.
