However, <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/category\/ibiza\/?swcfpc=1\"><strong>Ibiza<\/strong><\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/category\/formentera\/?swcfpc=1\"><strong>Formentera<\/strong><\/a> continue to lag behind, with Ibiza registering an increase from <strong>32% to 37%<\/strong>, the lowest percentage in the archipelago. Formentera has also experienced a slight improvement, although both islands remain the most vulnerable areas, reflecting the difficulty of rainfall to meet water needs in this region.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Pre-alert for Ibiza and Formentera<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>Despite the recovery in reserves, Ibiza and Formentera remain under pre-alert, as well as much of the Balearic territory, which reports <strong>68.9%<\/strong> in this situation. According to the Conselleria, there have been no significant changes in water management scenarios, and Formentera remains on alert due to its limited storage capacity and adverse weather conditions.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Weather conditions and annual precipitation<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>November was a month of normal rainfall in the Balearic Islands, with an average of <strong>83.7 l\/m\u00b2<\/strong>, slightly below historical values. In the case of Ibiza, accumulated rainfall reached <strong>77.9 l\/m\u00b2<\/strong>, exceeding its usual average of <strong>67.2 l\/m\u00b2<\/strong>, while Formentera recorded <strong>43.6 l\/m\u00b2<\/strong>, below the historical average of <strong>53.1 l\/m\u00b2<\/strong>. In terms of annual accumulated rainfall, the Pitiusas are at <strong>80%<\/strong> of their historical average, standing out as the most vulnerable region of the Balearic Islands in terms of water availability. <\/p>\n<h1><strong>An unseasonably warm November<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>In addition, November has been <strong>exceptionally warm<\/strong> in the archipelago, with an average temperature of <strong>16.7 \u00baC<\/strong>, which represents an anomaly of <strong>+2.3 \u00baC<\/strong> with respect to the usual values.
