The Santa Eul\u00e0ria Town Council<\/strong><\/a> has started the bidding process to build an urban park in the area of es Canar<\/strong>, a space that will combine children’s playgrounds, a sports court and a canine area. This project, whose tender budget amounts to 150,000 euros<\/strong>, aims to provide a modern infrastructure that meets the leisure and recreation needs of the neighbors. The land in question, measuring 2,100 square meters<\/strong>, is located on Avenida Punta Arab\u00ed and is projected to be completed within four months once work begins.<\/p>\n

Adapted spaces and natural design<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The design of the urban park takes into account the harmony with the natural surroundings of the site, so 1,586 square meters of wooded and landscaped area<\/strong> will be maintained. Picnic tables and benches will be installed in this area, providing a rest area among the vegetation, ideal for families seeking a quiet and safe environment. The children’s play area<\/strong> will be located in the upper part of the site, taking advantage of the natural shade of the trees to mitigate the heat during sunny days. Five play elements will be installed in this area, some of them adapted for children with special needs, covering 244 square meters<\/strong>. With this, the park seeks to be inclusive and provide accessible entertainment for all.<\/p>\n

Sports area and dog park<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The multi-sports court<\/strong>, measuring 101 square meters<\/strong> and fenced for safety, will be located in the lower part of the site, allowing it to be used for both basketball and soccer. In addition, the park will have a 171 square meter canine area<\/strong>, fenced to avoid risks for both people and pets. This project also foresees the installation of a public toilet, fountains, bike racks, litter garbage cans and lighting, making it an accessible and functional space for the residents and visitors of es Canar. With this park, the City Council of Santa Eul\u00e0ria responds to neighborhood demands for a meeting and recreational area in the area. Companies interested in participating in the project may submit their proposals until December 2.<\/strong><\/p>\n
