The Ibiza Town Hall<\/strong> encourages citizens to participate in the Bullit de Peix Nostrum<\/strong> contest, which will be held this Saturday, November 16, at the Mercat Vell, as part of the first Seafood Fair<\/strong>.<\/a> Gastronomy will be a key aspect of the day as people who sign up will be able to participate in the Gastronomic Contest<\/strong> to prepare a fish stew with a product of the island. Participation will be as a group, pe\u00f1a or association and applications can be made until November 15 by writing to mserra@peixnostrum.com<\/strong> or info@peixnostrum.com<\/strong>. The use of local species of fish will be mandatory<\/strong> for this contest, preferably rock fish as well as cows, red hair, varied, bream, moray eels or docks. The participants will have from 12:00 to 14:00 hours to cook their elaborations that will be qualified by a jury. At 16:30 hours will be the awards ceremony where the three best dishes will receive a voucher card to consume in the fish market Peix Nostrum<\/strong> valued at 350 euros for the winner, 200 euros second place and 100 euros in the third. It should be noted that people who go characterized with marine elements will receive a surprise gift.<\/p>\n
