There he reiterated the promise made in May this year to invest <strong>80 million euros over the next four years<\/strong> and acknowledged that there is still no date for the Special Plan: &#8220;Hopefully it will be approved by 2025&#8221;. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h5><a href=\"https:\/\/lavozdeibiza.com\/actualidad\/2024\/05\/13\/la-apb-retrasa-hasta-2027-la-licitacion-de-la-estacion-del-trafico-maritimo-entre-formentera-e-ibiza-y-le-da-prioridad-a-otros-proyectos\/\">The APB delays until 2027 the tender for the maritime traffic station between Formentera and Ibiza and gives &#8220;priority&#8221; to other projects.<\/a><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;<strong>It is a strategic plan that we are making<\/strong>,&#8221; he said, although he said that &#8220;in principle there are still some points to be closed, but we have talked and we are in agreement&#8221;. In addition, he said to be &#8220;very pending of the Special Plan, which is important for us, not only in the maritime part, but also in the building part. And there I have to give my most sincere good in collaboration to our mayor&#8221;. &#8220;<strong>We hope that in 2025 the special plan will be approved, and then we will also raise already a restoration of the port of Ibiza to improve and it will be one of the best ports in Spain<\/strong>. Because my Ibiza represents 35 or 40% of the activity of all the ports managed by us, obviously because it has a privileged situation of Ibiza, &#8220;said Sanz. Regarding the deadlines and drawbacks of the Special Plan, Sanz explained that they are in a period of response to the allegations and that &#8220;on December 18 and the last ones will come out. The special plan will be approved again, and I hope that in 2025 this will be designed&#8221;. In addition, he said that when he arrived a year ago &#8220;our mayor told us that we would approve the special plan in December. In return for that, we said we are going to invest in Ibiza. This has been working, it was approved, obviously in 2024 there have been allegations. These allegations have to be consulted, it has to be exposed in public because people also give their opinion.&#8221; &#8220;The deadlines are being achieved, and we are already starting to work on the approach. We are working to speed up a little bit all our studies and all our planning,&#8221; he said at a press conference this afternoon. On the other hand, Sanz has been satisfied with the meeting where he has been informed &#8220;about our management of 2024 and we have also raised all the projects we have for 2025. Then there has been a very open, sincere and frank and honest communication, which we are very satisfied with how these Navigation Councils are developing&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2>Port N\u00e0utic Ibiza<\/h2>\n<p>During the press conference, Sanz has said that<strong>  Ports and Coasts &#8220;has been complying&#8221; with the investments promised in Port N\u00e0utic Ibiza.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They are working, they have to make an investment, especially in a pontoon. We are following it and it seems to be working,&#8221; he maintained. &#8220;There are a series of investments that they have to fulfill them within 2025. If they comply with them, two more years will be given.
